Everything you need, well set up

Easy access to the property on the ground floor and a short walk from a tram stop. Lovely bakery (Butter Pasteleria) which was great for breakfast only a few minutes walk away. Kids park also very nearby. Kitchen was well stocked and handy to have a washing machine and some key essentials on arrival eg washing up liquid. Only downside was there were roadworks happening right outside when we were there and a strong smell of drains in the bathroom, but that did seem common when you walked around areas of Valencia generally.

Appreciated the washing machine, the fridge and freezer, and kitchen area, but unfortunately, it's hard to enjoy even breathing , eating, or sleeping in the apartment. The instant you walk in the room it has an overpowering smell that burns your nose, like you have the sewer right in the room but worse. Tried to alert the host after we had a terrible time sleeping because the smell was so bad, and the fan in the room won't turn the correct direction to help with air flow. It was miserable and ended up being a huge inconvenience for our stay in Valencia. Which is not what you want for vacation.bathroom was not super clean , spots of black mold in the ceiling, walls, and shower curtain. We alerted the host right away about our concerns about the smell and assumed it would be resolved.. The host never took care of anything, we checked in multiple times throughout the day, while we were enjoying the day in Valencia, because we wanted to try and find a different place to sleep if it didn't get fixed. It didn't get fixed and the host didn't let us know that it wasn't going to be fixed until late into the evening when we arrived. So we ended up having to pay for both this stay and a last minute hotel room that costs just the same amount for one night for all 4 of us and ended up getting to sleep at midnight and we had a flight to catch in the early morning. This was such a hassle and we can't get any reimbursement. Do yourself a favor and enjoy your vacation by looking elsewhere.

Encontramos un par de cucarachas en el área de cocina, también poco papel de baño para los días que nos quedamos. Fuera de eso las amenidades bien y la ubicación bien
