Wonderful flat overall. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary tools, it’s located very close to the beautiful beach with white and soft sand. We enjoyed our stay here for 8 nights as a group of 3. The location of the apartment is amazing if you wish to enjoy the beach and the surrounding restaurants. However I think there are some flaws with this apartment considering the price you pay. There were weird, nasty spots on the couch engrained into the fabric material. Same kind of spots were also found on the bedding in the single-bed bedroom. You should not find those kind of spots when staying at a rental apartment.We also did not really find the apartment as cozy as we'd hoped for. I would highly suggest the owner to change the lighting in the apartment, especially the overhead lighting. It came across as a very bright, white light and sterile. It should be swapped out with some more "homey" lighting.

Lovely host who communicated well and was accommodating due to our very late evening arrival. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Location was good for the beach and transport to the city, with some nice restaurants nearby plus supermarkets. Light on living room ceiling needs fixing as it is loose. Main issue was the noise from the surrounding flats, and I know this isn't the fault of the accommodation but it did prevent good relaxation and sleep. That is the main reason for the "OK" rating.

Viele Gäste schätzen genau diese zentrale Lage und die Nähe zu Restaurants und Infrastruktur. Perfect spot

This place had everything we needed for a fun beach getaway while staying in Madrid most of the week. A short walk to the beach, clean, cool and comfortable! The host was a dream, super responsive and helped us anytime we reached out! If we ever go to Spain again we will stay here for sure!

By the Beach

My wife and I had a great stay at this modest apartment close to the beach. It was clean and comfortable. The train to downtown is a five minute walk from the apartment. Plenty of restaurants nearby by - some of the best food we had in Spain. We highly recommended staying at this great little apartment.

Relaxing and refreshing

Local representatives met me at the apartment for check in and were gracious and helpful. They gave me contact information and were available with helpful suggestions throughout the time of my stay. They even helped by ordering me a taxi at the time of check out!

The Host was fantastic. She was there to greet us and even assisted with our luggage. The sheets and towels were clean and the house itself was very cute. We had a pleasant stay. The kitchen was nice for keeping our water cold. I used their French press every single morning to make coffee. They had a coffee, sugar, salt, vinegar and other condiments that we needed when we cooked. The bathroom was well stocked with paper and hooks for wet towels. The apartment had a washer and clothes dried nicely on the line right outside in the private patio...which we never used because we went during 100 degree days. There was a dinning room table. The rooms were very comfortable. The largest room has a small balcony but again, we didn't use it because...heat. The ventilation was nice. Not too strong but enough to keep us cool while in the house. Overall the location was hands down our favorite part of the apartment but we were very comfortable and will stay there again when we return to Valencia.The Food Bazaar wasn't far so we bought some bread and eggs and of course wine. We did not need to use the eggs or bread because the location is very very very very close to the beach and what I can only describe as Miami Beach with many restaurants and friendly persons asking you to come inside to enjoy the air conditioner. The beach was wonderful, everything you expect from the Mediterranean. Plenty of places to buy water and drinks.

Super Aufenthalt bei Hendrik.Die Wohnung ist sehr nah am Strand und hat eine tolle Ausstattung um dort auch einen längeren Aufenthalt zu verbringen.Die Kommunikation mit Hendrik und Sandy war ebenfalls wunderbar.Ich komme auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder :)

Cute, well-appointed clean apartment near the beach. The host was very responsive to questions and check in was super easy. We loved being so close to the beach and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. Plenty of cafes and shops nearby as well as great bus options for visiting other parts of Valencia. Even with the heat, we enjoyed the outdoor patio especially in the morning. Beds were comfortable and while we didn't do much cooking, there were plenty of dishes and pans if we had wanted to. The shower is small, but the shower heads were lovely :) The only very minor draw back was the fact that the A/C really only cooled the living room area directly. The fans in the bedroom combined with the A/C made sleeping comfortable, but it took some time and adjustment to get things set up. I know many places in Spain don't have A/C at all, so but it wasn't clear from the description that the A/C was somewhat limited.

Overall, the accomodation was very good, with only a few minor issues that could use some attention. The apartment is well equipped and ideal for a one week stay. The beach is just an 8-10 minute walk away. Communication with the host was flexible easy and smooth throughout our stay.

Die Wohnung liegt wirklich nur 5 min vom Strand entfernt. Die Straße ist sehr authentisch, im Sinne von, man wohnt da, wo die Einheimischen wohnen. Die Terasse im innen liegenden Hof hätte man besser darstellen können. Das entsprach nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Die Wohnung ist sehr hellhörig und die Matratzen sehr weich.
