A very pleasant stay, worth repeating. The flat was fully equipped, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well located, although the building is not new. Well-equipped and modern kitchen, good lighting, several sockets, very good lock on the door, fresh-smelling bed linen, cleaning included in the price, excellent Internet, good shower (small bathroom in relation to the size of the apartment), host (or perhaps the manager) always quick and efficient. Plenty of shops and transport options. It was very nice of them to leave an umbrella available. As the weather was very unstable, we used it a lot. 1) There was no recycling (in the building or in the flat?). Anyway, I separated the rubbish and took it to the bins on the side street designated for that purpose. I think it's important to develop this scheme in the accommodation. It shows environmental awareness and modernity. 2) I had already read comments about this, but I ended up forgetting. However, I remembered when I entered the building. There is a bad smell in the corridors, a mixture of gas and rubbish. Very unpleasant. However, it doesn't enter the flat. Inside, there is no smell at all, so don't worry.

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée et emplacement.
Contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce, il n’y a pas de garage. Le parking est dans la rue, donc payant. Pourtant ils m’avaient confirmé par écrit qu’il y avait un garage. L’annonce est donc mensongère. Pour le reste, l’appartement est conforme à la description. Propre et très clair. Literie confortable. Dommage que pour le four il n’y ai aucun plat qui est fourni.
