- Upper floor is 60 sqm and comprises kitchen/living room with fireplace, master bedroom, single bedroom, bathroom, panoramic covered porch and a loft of 30 sqm with other 3 beds.
Level garden with 2 drinking fountains, private pool (open from May, 29th to September, 28th), barbecue, garden tables with chairs, sun lounges, sunshade. External area is completed fenced. Own parking spaces for 3 or 4 cars.
Sauna available only on request with extra to pay. No possible use of Sauna for July and August.
