This apartment is in an excellent location - in a quiet neighborhood, close to the city center, train station, grocery stores, and restaurants. The apartment itself is very nice and fit our group of five adults perfectly, making for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The staff was very helpful and stored our luggage until it was time for us to check in. Overall, I would give the apartment 5 stars.

The Appartement was very nice and Clean. Everything seemed to be new and put together with a good taste. The kitchen was well equipped as well as the bathrooms. You did not hear much from other guests, so it was pretty quiet. Also the location in the heart of the city was super and you could go everywhere you wanted within a short walking distance. We loved to stay there and would like to come back.

A number of the platforms stated that the apartment we booked for 5 people contained a ground floor bedroom, it didn’t! And a spiral metal stair case for a 90 year old and a person with a broken foot was impossible.Staff were good in solving the problem but it meant we had 2 apartments and so not all together which was the purpose of the trip.Be aware, the bunkbeds are only suitable for children as headroom is limited. Under the bunkbeds was very dirty. The location is excellent, staff were helpful and the kitchen had everything you would need except a microwave

The location of this property is perfect for visiting historic Delft with easy walking access to the main square. The views from the balcony of the old and new churches we wonderful. We prepared several meals in the well-stocked kitchen and found grocery stores to be a short walk. The unit was spotless when we arrived and the remote check in process was simple. BizStay provided all of the necessities and the front office staff is very approachable and helpful. Compared to our lodging in Bruges and Amsterdam, these apartments in Delft were a notably better value.
