Recently renovated with meticulous care and attention to detail, this eco-house is an oasis of style with sustainability in mind. The bright and airy interiors blend seamlessly with natural elements, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. High-end finishes, contemporary design and elegant period furniture combine to offer a unique experience. 2-minute walk to the beach.
The house is composed of a Ground Floor (open space, living area), Upper Floor (sleeping area) and Private garden with parking.
The ground floor consists of a large living room and kitchen with bathroom.
On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom is connected to a mezzanine with an additional bed, and direct access to the en-suite bathroom.
Villa Lidia Ecohouse is an environmentally low-impact home recently renovated using materials and technology that reduces its carbon footprint and lowers its energy, including: extensive photovoltaic system, heating and AC from renewable resources (heat pump), high thermal insulation (ventilated roof, triple glazing, natural plaster) and an EV charging station.
