Bienvenue dans ce magnifique immeuble condo de trois étages situé directement sur le golfe du Mexique. Passez directement sur votre porte et promenez-vous à la belle plage. Vous aurez votre propre plage privée qui n'est jamais bondée comme l'autre condo haut de gamme dans la région. Et vous aurez deux chaises de plage et un parapluie en attente de votre usage personnel chaque matin pendant les mois d'été. Prenez l'ascenseur pour cette unité spacieuse au deuxième étage avec carrelage et moquette, 1 chambre avec lit king size et 1 salle de bain. Vous avez votre propre laveuse et sécheuse dans le condo, une alcôve de couloir avec lits superposés, WIFI gratuit et une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit. Le salon / salle à manger offre une belle barre humide. Vous pouvez vous rendre à votre balcon privé surplombant le glacier du golfe du Mexique! Jouez dans la piscine chauffée en bord de mer et le bain à remous ou sortez sur l'une des plus belles plages du monde.

Home Away From Home

It is in a great location and there is so much to do nearby. Some of the units have been updated while others still need to be updated. All in all it is a great place to be for the week.

Small Cozy Facility...Wonderful!!!

This smaller condo building is located between two larger condo buildings on different properties. Our beach only had one row of umbrellas and was not crowded at all. The neighboring beaches were totally the opposite. Great place to stay during COVID!!!!

Parking was the only thing that was bad .the contract says 2 parking spaces and it only had enough room for a compact car.

Great spot on the beach! But cleanliness was questionable.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Okay great spot on the beach. But the condo cleaning was not good. A lot of sand and dirt on floor, wife cleaned ceiling fans before she would sleep under them. Back sliding door lock would not work. Had to request a new air filter for ac unit ( it was totally clogged with dirt and wrong size for unit allowing the unit coils to stay dirty, owners may want to ck that out). It could be perfect with a few small updates, provide more bed linens, blankets and cleaning. Staff was responsive and nice. Hard to not like being on the beach but for the price I expected cleanliness.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a big fan of Destin Seafarer and have stayed here many times and always have been happy with the condos I have stayed in. Condo 113 was not up to the same standards as others I have stayed in. The bathroom was very dated (shower fixtures really old, drain plug didn't work for baths, cracked tile). Ice maker was so noisy it had to be turned off at night. Sliding glass door leading to the balcony would not lock. These are all minor items; I only bring them up to compare to the other rooms we have stayed in. As usual the staff was great, beach was pristine, and property was quiet during later hours. We will continue to book future Destin vacations at this location (just will pick something other than 113).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed here for close to 20 years!! We love this place and location. This year getting there we were greeted with a "what's up". Granted we were early, but we knew we could not get into room but wanted them to know we were there and to let us know when the room was ready. Prices have risen but no noticeable improvements have been made. Nothing horrible but would like to see some things done like paint the outside of building there is alot of pieces of stucco bubbling and peeling. Things that I have noticed this time around were still there probably 2 years ago. I know that the maintenance guy is only one person, but it seems like you could hire outside to get additional help.

Nice that it’s on the beach.

Two negatives, if you’re handicapped there is no beach access and you use an actual key to your room with the room number on it. If lost that can be a security problem. Everything else was good.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our unit was very clean with a bit of wear and tear in the bathroom a few aging kitchen utensils. Sleeping six would be tough, but doable with young ones.
