Mon appartement studio loft efficacité est juste au nord de la vieille place du centre-ville de McKinney. Marcher vers le sud les sept pùtés de maisons de Church Street et découvrez les nombreuses maisons victoriennes sur votre chemin pour le petit déjeuner à cuillÚres ou Snugs. Vous allez adorer ma place en raison de la qualité de designer professionnel récemment rénové, le quartier est calme et axé sur la famille, la cuisine a tous les appareils, y compris une cafetiÚre, gaufrier et grille-pain. La cuisine a un comptoir en granit blanc et un grand évier de récolte. Le confort est palpable dans cet appartement mignon. Ma place est bonne pour les couples, les aventuriers en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles avec enfants ou les amis à fourrure (ou animaux de compagnie). La grande cour arriÚre est un bonus.

Long weekend stay

Cozy, comfortable bed. Nice neighbors, close to everything we needed. My husband, myself, a 9 year old, and 20lb dog stayed for a long weekend visiting nearby family. We would stay again. Thank you!

Great place to stay. To clarify, this is one room with a couch that doesn’t open into a bed and bed that sleeps 2. Did not sleep 4.

The owner offered prompt service and ultimately gave a refund. The property was nice, but cleaning was not sufficient even after cleaning lady came a 2nd time. Details below:When we arrived there was hair in the bathtub, food on the counters and stove top, and the dish soap was almost empty. There was no way to bolt the unit from the inside. I texted and the owner promptly sent someone to clean while we were out eating. When we returned some things were better, but the kitchen counter still had food on it as did the stove top. We noticed other things. The coffee table was dusty and had cat hair on it. The kitchen trash can had trash in it with no trash bag. There was food in the fridge and freezer. There were coffee grounds and filter still in the coffee maker. I called to ask for a refund and he promptly came over to the house. He offered a refund, the studio apt below, or the house he rents out next door at no extra charge. We were thrilled at the prompt care and he even helped us carry our bags. He was very friendly.After we had been in the house for an hour or so we noticed that it was not cleaned well either. It also had a large rodent in the attic that we could hear walking around and large cracks in the walls. The house is very cute and decorated lovely. If the rodents were kept at bay and a little better cleaning were done, it was able to be locked from the inside, it would be a very cute place to stay.

Quaint Apt

Cleaner than most! This is a very small efficiency apartment that seems spacious. Very well appointed with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access. No central heat/AC (window unit and space heater). A few minor repairs needed. We had a good stay here. Would recommend to others.

Quick stay but nice

My daughter and I needed a place to stay for a quick overnight. Family just moved North of Dallas, but we can only see them wearing masks and social distancing due to their Covid risk factors. They live 3.5 hours from us, so we stayed here to avoid making the drive twice in one day. The accomodations were clean and comfortable and just what we were looking for. Wish we had more to say, but we were only awake for about 2 hours of our stay.

Great Stay - Easy and Pet-Friendly

I live in Dallas and had a night on the town on McKinney Square with friends, so just needed a small, safe place to lay my head as well as keep my two dogs for the evening. This place is quaint and clean and a quick jet to the Square. I was able to get up in the morning and walk the pooches up to Spoons for breakfast in the morning, too. Just what I needed,

Quant cute little apartment. Perfect for a single occupant or couple.

The home was nice and the owner was very accommodating. The neighborhood was not what I expected as it seemed to be in the historic district based on the summary although it is a few blocks over. I would not recommend this apartment for those traveling with children as it is small and can truly only accommodate 4 people.
