Ce condo abordable mais hautement amélioré offre une vue imprenable sur l’océan et les îles périphériques de Molokai et Lana’i depuis la spacieuse véranda. L'unité 617, une chambre, une salle de bain, est située au troisième étage et convient à deux personnes seulement. Le salon dispose d'une télévision murale à écran plat qui rivalisera avec le paysage océanique extérieur, tandis que la cuisine entièrement équipée garde une atmosphère chaleureuse avec ses armoires en bambou, son comptoir en granit et ses appareils en acier inoxydable. La salle de bain a des comptoirs en granit et une douche en mosaïque. La chambre a A / C, un ventilateur de plafond et un lit queen size confortable parfait pour un sommeil réparateur. Lacking in food storage bags or containers. Floor rugs and carpet dirty. Rugs disintegrated on back side, extremely dirty. Refrigerator made LOUD noise which accelerated during our stay. Bedding worn. Beautiful view from balcony!

Beautiful condo with great view

We have stayed in this condo a total of four times over the past five years, and thoroughly love this unit. It is very clean and up to date, is quiet, and offers wonderful views right next to the ocean. The sound of the waves is very peaceful.

Beautiful unit overlooking beach

Very nice, quiet unit right next to the beach in a beautifully landscaped private resort. Wake up in the morning and look out on the beautiful ocean, see turtles on the rocks below the lanai.

A wonderful experience!

The property was in a great location and looked just like the listed photos, no surprises! It was beautiful and relaxing. The check out and and check in process was super easy. There were a few bumps with the payment process (on my end) and I also ended up needing to change my travel dates last minute. They worked with me through everything and even offered me a 50% refund for that night!

Our biggest complaint would be the neighbors smoking outside and interrupting our peaceful time on the lanai. The bed wasn’t great either. We loved our time there and would go again

Turtles galore!

We stayed at the Kuleana for 4 nights in July. There were 10 adults. One family stayed in a 2 bedroom unit, and we used it as our gathering place for breakfasts and dinners. The rest of us stayed in 3 separate units. All are individually owned, so they are a little different in terms of what they have inside in terms of extra amenities (like snorkels, beach chairs, towels, etc). All were nicely updated and super convenient to the small beach out front where we could watch amazing sunsets and/or swim with the turtles every day! The beach front bbq’s are super convenient and well maintained-many people use them but we never had to wait very long. This is a great place for people with young families. It is super convenient to the grocery stores and very secure-so you don’t have to worry about safety. But it is also very, very quiet-they don’t allow any noise whatsoever-regardless of time of day. No music in common areas. No playing cards or games outside on the grass or on your lanai, especially after 10pm. So if you want to socialize and visit with your family and friends, be prepared to do it early and inside your individual units.

The unit has all the amenities you would need on a vacation stay. Only negatives for us that could be easily solved were the sofa and the lanai are not super comfortable. If it was our place we would also have a TV in the bedroom even if it’s just able to get streaming channels.

Kueleana Top Floor Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is a beautiful view from the lanai, but there was NO beach due to a previous South swell that removed all of the sand. Also the State removed the ladder that was on the reef in front of the resort, so navigating in and out the ocean at the resort was a tricky situation. The unit itself should provide beach chairs and an umbrella for the price that is charged. We ended up renting those from a local store down the street. The management company is delightful and very accommodating.

Beautiful view from the condo, shabby, dingy and very uncomfortable inside.

Beautiful view from the Condo outside, lots of Turtles. Shabby, dingy and dirty inside. The furniture was so dirty that we would only sit on beach towels. The couch was so worn that we tried sitting on it with boogie boards under the cushions to stabilize our sitting. The kitchen was good, enough cooking supplies. The property does have BBQ’s ; unfortunately there are only 2, the wait time to use one was long. It’s a very quiet resort, too quiet Had a horrible experience with a tenant/ property employee that lives in one of the 6 units in the building, it dampened our whole trip. Would not recommend this unit in its current condition.

Very enjoyable stay

From the pictures we had thought we would be in the 2nd row of the buidlings, but it was water front at its best. Very clean, very functional. Even though it was November, the AC was much appreciated for sleeping. At least at this point there was no more beach access, but property management was referring to the magic beach. Comes and goes.
