Ce studio Royal Kahana est nouveau dans notre inventaire et vient de subir des rĂ©novations. Tout sera nouveau! Cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e avec comptoirs en granit et Ă©lectromĂ©nagers de grande taille. Les autres extras incluent la tĂ©lĂ©vision haute dĂ©finition Ă  Ă©cran plat, les appels interurbains gratuits vers les États-Unis et le Canada et Internet sans fil gratuit. Observez les baleines (saisonniĂšres) les dauphins et les tortues depuis le salon. 1 lit King et canapĂ©-lit. 431 pieds carrĂ©s Location minimum de 4 nuits.

VEUILLEZ NOTER: La piscine sera fermée du 23 septembre au 20 octobre 2019. Il y aura 2 autres piscines que vous pourrez utiliser au Valley Isle Resort et au Hololani Resort.

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our stay here at the Royal Kahana. They provided everything we needed for our stay. I would say that people might want to know the bathroom is a little tight. My husband is a little bit on the bigger side, and so navigating the space in there was a little bit of a challenge for 2 people, but other than that, the rest of the space of our VRBO was fine. It was really nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer.

Nice studio with ocean views

The property is as described. There is an ocean view from the lanai. The unit has all the needed amenities and was comfortable and clean. Convenient location in Kahana and walking distance to the beach and local shops. The only issue I had was the key did not work on my arrival, but the property manager got it sorted out quickly.

Kahana Vacation

Both my daughters stayed here while wife and I were just down the street. The beach and pool were awesome. There is also a small local beach within walking distance that my kids enjoyed. Condos and accommodations were perfect. Thank you for the 2 beach chairs. Very convenient!

Great view, location and value

We loved our stay. Having a kitchen was nice so we can cook some of our meals. Groceries nearby, Kaanapali beach not far away. It was nice to be able to sleep hearing the waves as background. Only thing is we cannot control the thermostat temp; but it is okay because we kept the door open to let the cool breeze in.

Beautiful view

Great condo. The view was fantastic and the room had everything we needed. The pool is so kid friendly. We saw whales and rainbows everyday from the lanai. The pull out twin sized couch was great for my kiddo. We were so happy with this rental.

Perfect short break

I am a solo traveller from Australia. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything I needed for a short break. The welcome pack was a lovely inclusion. The bed was quite soft which I thought might cause my bad back some problems, but it didn't I slept very well. I would book this apartment again if I return to Maui.

Great overall stay

The unit and building were nice. Had a small issue w/ the thermostat, but the on-call person came over quickly on a holiday and fixed it. They did charge for parking which was unexpected. Overall, the experience was very good and the unit met all expectations.

 The parking lot is awful, the smallest spots ever and I genuinely don’t understand why it’s so expensive to park there every single day- Especially when you’re paying enough for the actual apartment itself! After driving by to see other places like this condo area, knowing that they don’t charge for parking at all was just very annoying
 Also, The staff at Royal Kahana, especially the Front Desk ladies, are not nice at all- they clearly know these are rentals so they don’t care to be nice!The apartment itself was cute
 Definitely very hot and humid, there is absolutely no closet space as they use it for storage so ladies FYI, there is absolutely nowhere to hang your clothes! I was there for work so a closet with hangers would have been much appreciated
 The washer dryer is cool that it’s there, but it’s super old and The dryer is a disaster
 It ruined all of my clothes and when I moved in, it was so dirty and full of sand! The bathroom is small and uncomfortable, but the rest is the home was OK
 It was good for what I needed at the time :)Overall I wouldn’t stay here again but I would rec thank you so much oh my gosh thank you I love you thank you mama. Thank you so much. You are my baby. You are my baby bear. London’s Hubert. Oh my.

Great Location

The lovation is great! You can see whales jumping off the balcony. An earlier reviewer stated they had AC trouble which I would honestly have to agree with. Even when set to 70 I neber saw it get below 73.5. I will say though that using the fan made the room quite comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels and beach chairs were super-convenient. The owners were responsive after hours when we had trouble getting in on the first day. The security on the bottom floor was super-helpful when we needed new room cards because ours expired mid-trip. All in all this is a great property at a great price, and we would definitely visit again if heading back to Maui!

Great Condo, excellent views!

My daughter and I stayed here for the first part of our trip and loved it. It was a clean unit and was centrally located along the West part of the island. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The views posted in the listing are much closer in person and we loved it. Even though we were at the tail end of the whale season, we could see them every morning and throughout the day which was amazing. We thought it was a quiet unit and didn’t have any issues while we were there. The only thing I could recommend is maybe having a bit more kitchen supplies, but if you’re not cooking/eating a whole lot in the unit, it’s fine. Beach towels are provided, but there aren’t chairs or a cooler, so if you need those for beach days, maybe look into renting some out. Overall, we loved this unit and would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Our services include Luxury Vacation Rentals and Concierge Service, Property Management, Association and Project Management, Long Term Rentals, and Real Estate Sales. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Hawaiian time.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
2. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
3. For a cancellation notice received more than 14 days before the check-in date, a refund will not be issued, other than the departure cleaning fee.
4. This loss can be avoided if Travel Protection Insurance was purchased, and the reason for cancellation is covered under the travel insurance policy. All reservation changes must be acknowledged in writing.
5. Owner/Agent Cancellation Policy: In the unlikely event that the Property becomes unavailable for any part of the tenancy, Owner/Agent reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Such reasons may include, but will not be limited to, unforeseen repairs, service, maintenance, or any other reason the Owner/Agent deems necessary. Owner and/or Agent may cancel this Agreement and refund in full to the Guest all payments made. The agent will assist in procuring similar alternative accommodation should this situation arise. Guest agrees that any claims against Owner/Agent arising out of performance or non-performance under this agreement shall be limited to a full refund of all consideration previously tendered by Guest.
