Situated in an ideal West Maui location, you're just a short drive from the golden sands of Kaanapali Beach, the snorkeling coves of Napili Bay, and the world-class golf courses and restaurants in Kapalua. The Royal Kahana Resort is located on the west side of Maui, nestled between Ka'anapali and Kapalua. It is a premier oceanfront resort right on Kahana Bay. -Located very close to great local eateries: Dollies Pub & Cafe, Miso Phat Sushi, and Capt. Jack's Island Grill. Just around the corner from Hawaiian Village Coffee. It is just a short ten-minute drive to the many shops and restaurants at Whalers Village Shopping Center in Kaanapali Beach, along with world-class golf at Kapalua Bay.

-Spacious lawn fronting the building to enjoy the sun and ocean views

BEACHES & CRITTERS: The beach size in Hawaii varies month to month due to weather, heavy surf, strong currents, and tides. Due to Maui's rural setting, you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don't kill them. Although the HOA schedules regular professional pest control services, pests such as ants, roaches and rodents simply cannot be completely controlled in the tropics. Maui is in a tropical climate. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment.
**We make no guarantee that properties adjacent to the Unit will be free from disturbances, including but not limited to noise or inconvenience from construction, traffic or other guests or neighbors. Any such disturbance shall not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. By booking your stay with us, you accept that Host is not liable for any inconveniences arising from any temporary defect or stoppage in supply of water, electricity, air conditioning or plumbing that is beyond their control. Host is not liable for any loss or damage to Tenants' personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond their control. Tenants accept that the cable and internet service at the Rental can be sporadic and unreliable at times, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any refund of the rental fee in the event either of these services are unavailable or not operating properly during Tenants' stay.
