Are you looking for the perfect short-term rental? This accommodation is perfect for someone who is assigned to work locally for short-term basis, relocating from aboard or waiting for a house purchase completion.
We offer the comfort of a hotel with the benefit of extra space and also privacy of a residential house.
Superb and stylish home ideal for business travellers and transient corporates who stay frequently or for longer periods and are looking for quality alternatives to the more expensive hotels.

Our property is a 3-bedroom apartment, fully furnished and fully equipped, with the capacity to sleep 1 to 6 people. It features a spacious dining/kitchen area. The rental price is inclusive of water, electricity, gas, council tax, TV license, and unlimited Wi-Fi. Free parking is available. The property offers a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a garden, and private bathrooms with a hairdryer and free toiletries.
A microwave, fridge, and oven are provided in the kitchen, as well as a kettle, coffee machine, and water filter jug. The apartment is fully fitted with everything you need for short, medium, or long-term stays.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

We visited the apartment as a family of 4. The rooms are spacious, allowing us to set up the travel cots easily. The standard of the set up was fantastic. Small amenities were provided, such as coffee, tea, sugar, packaged milk, shampoos and soaps, detergent, washing up liquid... Making our stay so much more convenient as we didn't need to shop for them. The flat itself is beautiful, the bed was comfortable. It was a very clean, quiet building. The entrance to the flat is wide, with plenty of space to keep prams/suitcases.While parking isn't reserved, there is plenty of space to park outside the door on the quiet side road. There's a small shop 10mins walk down the road.Our only issue is that there was no lift in the building. Our daughter is disabled and unable to climb stairs. Luckily she is still small enough that we could carry her, otherwise this would have been a problem. Consider this if you're thinking of booking and have accessibility needs.I'm very impressed, thank you.

The flat is excellent in itself but it felt far from Manchester City, around a forty-minute walk.The area was mostly residential and the cleanliness outside the actual flat left something to be desired.The check-in information was sent later than promised.

The apartment is located in a residential area and is not advertised as being in Manchester City Centre. We also understand your comments regarding the surrounding area; however, the cleanliness of the public spaces outside the property is managed by the local authority and is unfortunately outside of our control.
