It features one bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to four guests. The 50 m² interior is simply and thoughtfully designed, offering a homely atmosphere with all the essentials for a comfortable stay.

American buffet breakfast is included in your stay and is served daily at the neighboring Locanda Beach Hotel, just steps away.

Bedlinen, towels, and pool towels are changed twice a week, and final cleaning is included. The house provides free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot and cold) in the bedroom, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, safe, hairdryer, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. A baby cot and highchair are available on request.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. A TV with satellite channels is available for your entertainment.
