Villa Sunshine is located in the Kordere region of Kalkan, providing accommodation for 6 guests and includes three en-suite bedrooms.
The neighbouring Villa of Sunrise is identical, and can be booked together to accommodate 12 people in total.
There is a swimming pool with grass to the front and an expansive outdoor area. The villa offers panoramic sea views from various vantage points, ensuring a tranquil environment for guests and is approximately a 7-8 minute drive from Kalkan’s Old Town
The space
Ground Floor
The open plan lounge area is equipped with three comfortable sofas, a coffee table, and a flat-screen television. Additionally, there is a utility room that includes a washing machine, an iron, and an ironing board. The pool area can be conveniently accessed through sliding glass doors.

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. There is also a dining table for 6 guests.

For anyone with mobility issues, there is a ground floor double en-suite bedroom.

First Floor
Dedicated to a twin en-suite and double en-suite bedroom.

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with walk-in Roman style steps and stunning sea views, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al-fresco dining table to seat 6, and a built-in BBQ.

The last 100-200 metres of the road to the villa consists of a steep concrete slope. Therefore, an SUV vehicle is recommended.
