Located in peaceful Kalamar, overlooking Kalamar Bay, the sea views from Villa Ohana Kalkan are spectacular. Our home is designed to connect the indoor and outside living spaces with the sea and the mountains.

Villa Ohana is bright, clean and fresh to the rental market. It has a private feel, spacious rooms and great indoor and outdoor living and dining areas and is a mere 200m from the sea.
You’ll find excellent restaurants, bars and beach clubs a 10-minute walk nearby. Several markets will also deliver direct to you. Old Town is a very short and inexpensive taxi ride.

Of the 5 bedrooms, there are 3 en-suite bedrooms which all face the sea and have access to large terraces with fabulous views. There are 2 additional bedrooms which are more suited to children. There is also a 1 full bath on the ground level.

The master suite is huge and has a private full length sea view balcony as well as a luxury, full bathroom with walk-in rain shower. The sea view roof terrace has sun loungers and chairs and its own kitchenette, so you can enjoy cocktails while watching the sunset over the mountains. The kitchen has quartz countertops and includes an oven, hob, microwave, extractor fan, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and water cooler; and is a well thought out and functional space. We have a wide variety of coffee makers, even including a Nespresso Machine (Capsules easily purchased at nearby Carrefour). All 4 bathrooms are clean and modern. The villa is air-conditioned throughout, has ceiling or floor fans in every room, and insect screens are fitted to windows and doors.

The villa has wireless internet, Satellite/Smart TV, as well as a collection of books for the rare, rainy day. Outside there are a variety of pretty seating areas (both shady and sunny) on the patios, with plants and fruit trees and some of the largest bougainvillea in town. There is a covered outdoor lounging/dining area with ceiling fan. The private pool has sun loungers and parasols situated about, and also a heater for shoulder seasons. There’s even an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming. The villa's slightly elevated position allows fabulous views of the Mediterranean Sea and surrounding mountains.

For stays in excess of 10 nights, full cleaning and linen change is carried out weekly. (or more frequently by arrangement).

The Villa rental price includes the cost of the normal usage of gas, electricity, water and weekly cleanings. For a small daily rate, there is an option to heat the pool for shoulder seasons.

A Poolman/Gardener attends to these items daily at the Villa.
