Le mobilier en bois foncé et en cuir améliore près de 1 900 pieds carrés d'espace de vie dans ce spacieux condominium de trois chambres et trois salles de bain au deuxième étage. Beaucoup de fenêtres offrent une vue magnifique sur le golfe depuis la chambre principale, les pièces à vivre et le balcon généreux. La cuisine entièrement équipée comprend un coin repas sur place, une cafetière Keurig, une machine à glaçons, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Les autres caractéristiques comprennent des plafonds de 9 pieds partout, des ventilateurs de plafond, le chauffage central et la climatisation, et une grande salle de bain principale avec bain à remous, douche séparée vitrée, double vasque et beaucoup d'espace de rangement.

Loved our stay at Martinique

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to stay longer! Not only was the condo beautiful but it was spotless. The kitchen was perfectly equipped; we especially enjoyed the ice maker. The large balcony and the view sold us. Our king size bed was very comfortable. We have vacationed several times at Martinique so we already knew that we loved the community. The office staff are very friendly and helpful, as is the security personnel. If I were to suggest any future improvements, it would be more comfortable seating in the living room and on the balcony. Regardless, we’ll be back! My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely time in Ft. Morgan and this condo was a great spot for our family. It was more spacious than I thought it would be, comfortable, and the view and location of the unit was perfect. The large table on the balcony was a perfect gathering spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Our only hiccup was they left the wrong code for us to get in the unit on check in day. A very pleasant security guard called someone for us and came to give us a new # . It was handled quickly! We were very pleased with our stay!

Much needed getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Ft. Morgan and have stayed in many places along the peninsula over the years. We love Martinique on the Gulf for the community, amenities, and proximity to Gulf Shores. 206W was absolutely beautiful! The kitchen is the most completely equipped of anyplace we’ve ever rented. Furnishings were well maintained and stylish. In truth, it felt like a home. We’ll be back again for walks on the beach, oysters many ways, and golf and can only hope that 206W will be available for our stay.

Stunning property!

Stunning property! We stayed here for my 50th birthday celebration. It was the best girls trip we’ve ever had! The beach is very clean. We would walk the beach at sunrise every morning and would rarely even see another person. It was like our own private stretch of beach. We will definitely be returning!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent two weeks in 206 West in April and enjoyed our stay very much. The entire Martinique property is well maintained. The rental process was handled nicely by the management company, and we only had to to identify ourselves at the entrance to get our keys. The condo itself is nicely furnished, and from the balcony there are beautiful views of the water. The kitchen had every imaginable appliance, including an icemaker that provided more ice than we could possibly have used.

Fun on Fort Morgan

Fort Morgan offers plenty of peace and quiet compared to the condo-laden, over-trafficked chaos that has developed in Orange Beach. The Martinique condos are what you'd expect based on the age of the property, but overall well-maintained. We've visited several years now and always had good luck with each unit we've rented. The only issue is the folks working for the management company. I'll charitably characterize them as unfriendly. We've enjoyed our vacations by overlooking the rudeness and glaring lack of customer service. We've continued to visit by booking online and having as little interaction with the front office as possible.
