Between 20/07 and 10/12/2026, Casa Rio will be carrying out structural improvements. Occasional noise may occur from Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 6pm. We appreciate your understanding as we work to provide an even better experience.

Furthermore, it is just 5 minutes from the charming Leme Beach and 11 minutes from Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which facilitates access to other attractions in Rio de Janeiro.

The space features exclusive amenities that enhance your experience, starting with the practical smart convenience store, perfect for picking up essential items at any time without needing to leave the condominium. With your wellbeing and convenience in mind, you also have access to 24-hour reception, secure luggage storage for 1 item and a complete changing room with shower and toilet facilities, services offered free of charge to ensure total comfort during your stay. Every detail has been designed to deliver the perfect combination of convenience, functionality and unforgettable moments.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, we ask you to pay attention to some house rules and notices:

⚠️ Cleaning, bed linen change, towels and amenities will be provided once per reservation, regardless of the number of nights of your stay. Should the guest wish a different frequency, the service may be contracted separately, at an additional cost.

⚠️ Noise is not permitted from 22:00 onwards (Quiet Hours Law).

⚠️ The rooftop is for the exclusive use of guests. Occasionally, private events may take place, during which access to the area will be temporarily unavailable.

⚠️ To use the rooftop pool, you will need to sign an agreement form with the rules on site.

⚠️ It is not permitted to take any items from the suite to the beach, such as the beach chair.

⚠️ The building where this accommodation is located has two entrances: one via Rua Prado Júnior, 48, and another via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. After 20:00, access must be made only via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7.

⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V. Laptops and mobile phone chargers are dual voltage (We recommend checking before use)

⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all people who will stay in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the booking. People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building.

⚠️ Important: After submitting the list, it is not permitted to remove a guest and register another one afterwards. That is, there cannot be any exchange or substitution of guests during the stay.

⚠️ The use of the space is exclusive to registered guests, and entry of other people is not permitted.

⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclables, disposing of them in different rubbish bags.

⚠️ Use the service entrance and lift when you have luggage or bath towels.

⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am. If you would like to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, please check availability.

⚠️ For each booking we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and one towel per guest. Bed linen and bath towel change services can be arranged and paid separately. Be careful with products that may damage them, as any damaged items may be charged to your security deposit.

⚠️ All guests must send their identification document at least 24 hours before arrival.
