Fantastic stay in a great villa thanks. We really liked being able to walk to the local village with several great places to eat. The villa was spotless with a lovely pool area. Lots of quality equipment too.

Admirable and clean accommodation!

We had the best stay here would really recommend. The villa itself exceeded our expectations and had everything we could need. Lovorka was incredibly helpful and even let us know of local events we might be interested in. Labin is beautiful. Really really recommend. Thank you!

The villa is set in a quiet area, an easy 10 minute stroll to the Square in Old Town Labin. The villa is exactly as described . Well maintained and equipped. Very clean with extremely comfy beds. The views from the balcony were stunning! We were met by Lovorka , who gave us a lovely welcome, showing us around the villa and explaining everything.We recommend taking time to visit Rabac, Sveta Marina, Rovinj, Grozjnan, Motovun and Novi Grad. All an easy drive away. Labin is a characteristic, historic town with some super restaurants and little shops. Recommend Pizzeria Rumore for rather tasty pizza and beautiful views.

Great stay!

We can’t even begin to describe how much we loved our stay at Francesco’s home. The house was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. It was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers worked perfectly. The view was beautiful and made the whole place feel so peaceful. We loved just sitting outside and taking it all in and felt right at home. Our family especially enjoyed the pool and the outdoor sitting area. Everything about our stay was easy and calming. We were genuinely sad to leave and hope to return someday. Thank you, Francesco, for such a wonderful stay!

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Jamie and her lovely family, and we couldn't have asked for better guests! They were kind, respectful, and left the space in excellent condition. Their little ones were so sweet and well-behaved. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and they followed all the house rules perfectly. High-end vacation!

What a wonderful place! Immaculately clean and well presented property. Beautifully styled and in the perfect location. We really couldn't have asked for more! We were met on arrival by Aurora who showed us around and gave us some great local tips. Some really thoughtful little items left in the fridge for us on arrival. This was our first visit to Croatia and it's a stunning country and this was really the best property to stay in. We will definitely coming back. The pool was so lovely and refreshing in the heat.

Stayed for two weeks in Casa Philu. Great place with an amazing view which the advert photos just can’t capture. Fantastic pool and a great location with some excellent pizzeria’s. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we have booked for the same weeks in 2027.

Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Wir waren mit meiner schwangeren Frau, meiner Mutter, meinem Bruder, seiner Frau und unserer Nichte in der Casa Philu und hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Die Kommunikation mit Francesco und Frau Lovorka war hervorragend und sehr herzlich. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr, sehr sauber und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Alle Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden ebenso Spiele für gemütliche Abende. Auch die Begrüßungsgetränke waren eine schöne Aufmerksamkeit. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage. Ein Auto bzw. Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert, da man etwas abseits liegt. Labin ist jedoch in knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen definitiv wieder – glatte 5 Sterne und absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr netter Empfang ! Unterkunft was sehr sauber! Haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt! Der Pool und das Spielzimmer war das Highlight an der Unterkunft für unsere Kinder. Können wir nur empfehlen ! Preis Leistung top ! Danke für denn schönen Aufenthalt.

Glorious residence!

Das Haus war sehr schön, viel schöner als auf den Bildern. Uns hat der Pool besonders gefallen. Wir können das AirBnb auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und die Ortschaft war optimal.
