Villa le Moie is set in the heart of the gentle Marche hills, a few kilometers from the charming Medieval village of Arcevia, a place where nature, relaxation, and comfort blend in perfect harmony.

Surrounded by a beautifully maintained private garden, the villa features several outdoor areas dedicated to well-being and conviviality: cozy sofas, shaded gazebos, small tables perfect for sunset aperitifs, and a large dining table with parasol and built-in stone barbecue, ideal for dining under the stars.

At the center of the garden, guests can enjoy a beautiful pool (10 x 4 m, depth from 90 to 140 cm), open from May to October, and equipped with sun loungers and deck chairs for ultimate relaxation. Completing the outdoor amenities are two hot tubs, also open from May to October: a larger one with a lounge area, accommodating up to 6 people, and a smaller, more intimate hot tub for 2 people, perfect for a romantic moment of wellness.

Guests also have access to a convenient outdoor private parking area for 8-10 cars, and an outdoor shower with hot water and a pleasant waterfall effect.



Internal Description



Villa le Moie is divided into 6 comfortable apartments, each with a separate entrance and a private external courtyard. The entire property can host up to 25 guests and includes 6 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms (one of which is a service bathroom with changing room).

Elegantly restored, the villa retains its original charm with exposed stone walls, wooden ceiling beams steeped in history, and high-quality solid wood doors and windows.

Each apartment is equipped with air conditioning, Internet Wifi, and a double sofa bed. Common areas include a laundry room and a minibar area (with capsule espresso machine and a high table for breakfast or aperitifs).

On request, 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are available. Pets are allowed upon request and subject to an extra charge.



Apartment 1 (57 sqm): Located on the ground floor, this bright and welcoming apartment with pool view can accommodate up to 5 guests. It includes: a fully equipped kitchen with dining table; a living room with double sofa bed and armchairs; a triple bedroom (1 double bed + 1 optional single bed); a bathroom with shower.



Apartment 2 (55 sqm): This comfortable apartment with pool view is also located on the ground floor and can host up to 4 guests. It consists of: an open-plan living area (with double sofa bed, dining table, and equipped kitchen) and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).



Apartment 3 (45 sqm): A newly built studio apartment adjacent to the pool with a view over the hills. Accommodating up to 4 people, it features a large private terrace overlooking the pool and surrounding landscape. The interior boasts a high ceiling with exposed wooden trusses and large windows that flood the space with natural light. Inside you will find: a double sofa bed, modern kitchen, dining table, double bed (with movable headboard and armrests), and ensuite bathroom (with shower).



Apartment 4 (35 sqm): A charming apartment with forest view, located on the ground floor and suitable for up to 4 guests. It is made up of an open-plan living area (with double sofa bed, dining table, and modern kitchen) and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).



Apartment 5 (35 sqm): A cozy ground-floor apartment with views over the forest and the pool, it accommodates up to 4 guests. It features: a living area (with double sofa bed, dining table, and functional kitchen) and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (with shower).



Apartment 6 (35 sqm): A bright studio apartment for 4 guests, located on the first floor with stunning views of the pool and surrounding landscape. It includes: a double sofa bed, dining table, modern kitchen, double bed, and ensuite bathroom (with shower).

Prices and conditions



Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi; house, garden and pool maintenance; welcome basket.



Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (350.00€); extra cleaning (20.00€ per hour); extra linen change (20.00€ per person); extra bed (30.00€ per day); pets allowed on request (100.00€ per pet per stay). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).



Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 500.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
