Our 3rd time with Sally and Phil in there amazing appointments and bungalow, 1st class all the way, perfect for local shops and restaurants, you couldn't wish to meet nicer more friendly people, looking forward to our next stay.

Great apartment.Modern,clean,roomy and in a great location for town.Our lovely host Philip met us as we arrived and took us quickly around the rooms and gave us a quick summary of everything that was very helpful.Overall we had a fantastic stay and are already planning coming back in the near future.

Perfect choice of accommodation.

The bungalow is very clean, quiet and is in a great location that has everything you need. The host is very informative and friendly. Also there are shops , cafés and places to eat and drink within easy walking distance.

Perfect accommodation, in a great location and wonderful decor.

Hosts are very quick to respond, furnishings and decor to a high standard. So comfortable. The Bungalow is located in the heart of Lytham and walkable to all local amenities.

We found The Bungalow to be spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and very attractively furnished. Its location is excellent, being only a short walk from the sea front, Lowther Gardens and the town centre. The owner, Phil, was very helpful and there in person to check us in/out. We will certainly be returning as soon as we can.

It was perfect!

The apartment was exceptional and perfectly located, allowing us to leave the car in its allocated space and walk everywhere. The host was easy to reach for any questions about our stay. Phil was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing property set in the most perfection location in Lytham.

The entire property is delightful, from the carefully selected home décor to the thoughtfulness of the hosts. Ample parking for 2 cars outside the property. They have thought of everything by having a selection of leaflets on what to do in the area to set of playing cards! A little welcome added touch was bottle of prosecco and M&S biscuits. A true gem in the Lytham St Annes ..................
