Casa Caldiero - Appartement avec grande terrasse

Situé dans un escalier privé qui comprend 7 autres appartements, cet appartement de trois pièces à la gestion familiale est composé d'un salon spacieux et lumineux avec un coin salon-repas et une cuisine ouverte avec une péninsule entièrement équipée, deux chambres doubles.
(pour l'un d'entre eux, vous pouvez demander deux lits simples) et deux salles de bains avec douche.
Toutes les chambres ont accès à la grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'appartement est très central; à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, de la promenade, des magasins et des restaurants. Comme Positano est construit sur une montagne, nous tenons à avertir nos clients qu'il y a des mesures à prendre pour rejoindre l'appartement et se déplacer dans la ville.

Des frais de nettoyage de 50 € sont à régler en espèces sur place.
L'enregistrement s'effectue entre 15h00 et 22h00.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was perfect and Grady was an incredible host, making sure we had everything we needed and was always available for recommendations. The steps were a workout so I don’t recommend the place for people who have trouble walking or are not in good health. We absolutely loved our stay! Grazie Grady!!

Amazing view in Positano

We stayed here with 4 adults. The location was great, not too high or too low. View was amazing and the accommodations were exactly as described. For the price, space, and view, it was a great choice vs. a hotel. Will stay there again during our next visit to Positano.

Positano is beautiful place to explore and Casa Caldiero offers a stunning view to take it all in. Grady was great to deal with and Casa Caldiera is exactly as described. Clean, comfortable with cold AC and WiFi. Would stay again.

We spent 5 nights at the villa & loved it! The pictures don’t do it justice as it’s even more spectacular than the pictures show . The location was perfect & views amazing . The Villa was clean , comfortable, & well stocked with all that we needed including the washing machine .

AMAZING VIEWS

We had a wonderful time at the property, the layout was perfect. The terrace was the highlight for us. It was so inviting and large and you honestly didn’t have to leave the space to just soak it all in. Grady and Francesca were super host, they gave us lots of information and even helped book our parking. We definitely would stay here again!

Great location!

We had a great time May 2023! It's very nicely located near both the beach and the main road for restaurants and shopping. Be prepared for stairs but that's everywhere in Positano. The deck overlooking the sea is amazing and the perfect place for drinks before dinner. We would go back again for sure!

Great location, charming and super clean VRBO. Grady was great! Prompt responses to emails, texts, etc. Super view and magnificent patio. The 160 steps to the VRBO was challenging but durable. Thanks for a great stay!

The process of renting this property was easy, excellent instructions were provided for checkin. Our host gave great recommendations for dining and shopping. The apartment had every amenity we needed. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic place!

This apartment was a wonderful place to base our Positano adventures from.. It is stunningly beautiful and very comfortably equipped. The location is excellent as it is about half way down from the main street and up from the beach. There are many stairs in Positano- but this location is very central to all. The views and huge balcony are to die for! Grady was very helpful and check-in was a breeze.

Great apartment - highly recommend

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Grady’s apartment! We had everything we needed for our stay – great location, comfortable apartment, and amazing views from the balcony!! Grady was a brilliant host – his communication was great throughout our stay. Just be mindful there are a lot of stairs to get around, but that’s Positano for you. Would highly recommend.

Perfectly Positano

Casa Caldiero was simply perfect. The 2 bedroom suite was outfitted with all one needs, the beds and bathrooms were very good and the kitchen worked out well. The large terrace overlooking the water was fabulous to hang out for breakfast ad a glass of wine. Grady made the check-in process smooth and easy. We will return.

Great stay — spectacular view

The greatest thing about this property is the balcony with just unbelievable views. The unit itself is comfortable and charming. Has everything you need. Excellent location, but still a lot of stairs both up to main street and down to beaches. Comes with the territory I suppose!

Positively Spectacular

My husband and I along with another couple stayed at this beautiful apartment for 10 days. It was just as pictured and located on the website. The location was perfect for day trips to different spots around Positano as it is short walking distance to ferries, boats, local bus route and driver services. The apartment was clean, cozy and the veranda is spectacular! You could not find a better location for a stay in Positano.
