We spent an amazing 4 nights here. The Villa is in a wonderful location with a few great restaurants close by, and an amazing view from the balcony. The owner was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Our host Balda was so helpful and an incredible chef! We had him come and cook for our anniversary! I recommend you definitely have him cook for you! The rooms were large with views of the sea from each room. The kitchen was a chef’s kitchen. The terrace was large and we loved sitting on the terrace enjoying a glass of good Italian wine! The villa was in a great location with many good restaurants close by. I highly recommend Villa Balda!!!

There were ants in the bedroom drawers and furniture and bed. Found ants crawling on my son. Ants in the bathrooms as well. Ton of ants on kitchen as well. Owner had ants solution in the house that we used but still to of ants. It might just be positano because they would be on the railings of stairs as well. Beach was not 4 min away. Spiagga grande was good 15 min walk. AC only in the bedrooms and was not that strong. There is a washing machine but no dryer. You would need to hang your clothes. This is more cultural I think. In USA if there is a washing machine then a dryer would be available. Not like this in Europe

Staying at Villa Mitrea was the highlight of our week! From the location, to the amenities, the hot tub and the warm welcome from the owner, it was a very special stay. There was more than enough room for our family of five and it had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay.

We loved our stay at Villa Mitrea. Location was very central and nearby delicatessens and restaurants were excellent. The terrace is amazing and wonderful place for meals. Stairs are steep but we managed.

Excellent location, not too high up, not too low and plenty of restaurants to walk to

Excellent location, not too high up, not too low and plenty of restaurants to walk to. Owner assisted with getting us settled in and departing. Very clean, we will definitely stay here again. Always use Summer In Italy, they know the best villas and the best transportation companies.
