Close driving distance to the beach and shopping area in Holetown. Good choice of restaurants along the coast as well. The unit itself offers a lovely view of the ocean and sunsets. If you intend to do a little cooking, you'll be very pleased with what is at your disposal. Highly recommended.

So advertised, so delivered.

This is a very clean, comfortable, well-located, and well-provisioned place to stay on the west coast of Barbados. Stayed 10 nights and have no complaints at all.

David was a great host from beginning to end, helpful, informative and friendly. The house is beautiful, stylish decor, great view from the veranda, and superbly equipped with everything we could possibly need. Marveane was lovely, and welcomed us warmly. The facilities at Sugar Hill are great, a beautiful pool and small but well equipped gym, tennis, padel! We had the best time and will definitely be back to stay at Just Limin very soon!!

Excellent stay at Just Limin this July. The property was in really good condition and very well equipped. Marveane, the housekeeper was very friendly and helpful. The Sugar Hill Estate was very well maintained with beautiful grounds and two nice pools. The Deck which is centrally located on the estate, has a gym, bar, restaurant and members room with table tennis etc. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a number of happy hours there in the evenings. Our party included guests that required gluten free food, as well as catering for other severe food allergies (peanut and sesame) and the restaurant was able to cater for everyone which was a big positive. The estate is well positioned near Holetown with a number of lovely beaches within easy reach. Overall we had a fabulous stay.

Fabulous Christmas in Sugar Hill

The villa was spacious, clean, well equipped and brilliantly located for us with the nearby pool, gym, tennis courts and 20 minute walk to the beach. Marveane is a very attentive and welcoming housekeeper and we very much look forward to coming back soon.

Perfect

Just Limin is a gorgeous townhouse villa with all the amenities. The housekeeper Marveane is excellent- and the owner was a breeze to deal with. This is a class A property- renovated- fabulous furnishings- abd even its own plunge pool! 5 stars for sure!!!

Just Limin is a beautiful place to enjoy a relaxing, comfortable vacation. I loved the opened living space concept. The restaurant and pool on the resort was a plus. The house keeper Marvene was very helpful in getting us setup on the first day. She is a wonderful person. David the owner is very organized and all you need to know about the house and resort was well documented. We had an enjoyable stay. Can’t wait to make the next booking. Elvis!

Our second stay at Just Limin and our fourth time at Sugar Hill. The house is spacious and comfy with everything you need for a great holiday. Marveane the housekeeper looked after us very well and kept the house clean and tidy. Sugar Hill with its 2 pools and a restaurant is a very relaxing place to spend a couple of weeks. Beach club membership is also very useful. We had a fantastic time and would love to return soon.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Just Limin- views from the veranda are fabulous. House is well appointed and the housekeeper was very helpful as was the owner. We will be back!

Everything we wished for

Just Limin is a well appointed, privately owned villa in a superb location….quiet and peaceful yet with easy access to club facilities , beaches , and restaurants. The delightful housekeeper provided an excellent and friendly service…..nothing was too much trouble. We have enjoyed our stay here enormously and hope to return in future.

Highly Recommended Villa

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent 12 night stay at "Just Limin". The owners were incredibly helpful end extremely organised in terms of the booking arrangement and villa logistics. The villa manual we received in advance was particularly helpful. The villa itself is very well set up and has been finished to a very high standard - we would assume it has been refurbished relatively recently. The décor is first class and tasteful. We were a family of four with two young children. We did not use the cottage but this would work well for an extended family (in particular grandparents) or two groups. The housekeeper "Marveane" is also very friendly, helpful and flexible to requirements. She babysat our children a number of evenings. This was our first time to Sugar Hill which we would also highly recommend. The restaurant and two additional communal pools worked well with the kids. Access to the beach club at the Fairmont was the main attraction for us and in many ways the highlight. We made regular use of this. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa which provided a stress-free arrangement and relaxing vacation. Thank you David, Denise and Marveane
