Cette unité a récemment été rénovée avec de nouveaux meubles de tapis, de stratifiés et de cuisine / baignoire. Le mobilier et l'ameublement de la maison sont neufs et tout est prévu pour passer à l'entrée. Sont inclus tous les services publics, la télévision par cùble, Internet et un espace de stationnement dédié. Ne pas fumer et pas d'animaux de compagnie.

We had a great stay in this apartment. Everything worked, beds were comfy and a good place for three separate adult travelers. Loved that we could just walk to convention center, grocery store, and easy access to some of the great bike paths!!

Anchorage Launch Pad

Spent a week here. Very convenient location for our activities in and around Anchorage. Close to downtown. We needed 3 bedrooms and this apartment worked well.

Easy all around

Great property, easy access to downtown, had everything I needed. I had some trouble hot water in the shower, but survived :) No check-out duties that I found listed or that were messaged to me, made check out even easier. Having an easy check out was great because I had a busy morning of meetings and then had to shuffle off to airport.

walk to everything

Everything has to be judged differently in Alaska as they have unique problems in construction and costs. We were very comfortable as a family of four adults. Everything was adequate although the building itself is aged. Perfectly good place to stay to explore this city. I recomend breakfast at white cafe 5 block away. There is a supermarket 4 blocks away

Central location

Good location accessible to both downtown and midtown shopping areas. Apartment itself is a little dated, but totally acceptable. Main, large bed is very soft and squishy is this could be good or bad depending on your preference.

Great little spot close to everything Anchorage

This was a great unit for me and my work colleagues. It was very clean and most importantly, quiet. It was very close to town and has all the amenities we could ask for and more. Highly recommend!

Apartment had all the amenities that we needed for our 4 night stay in July. Good location for walking to downtown, or quick uber ride. Comfy beds and fully stocked kitchen. No a/c and no fans so it was a bit warm, even with all windows open.

Great spot close to downtown

My group was very happy with this property for the duration of our stay. The space was extremely clean and spacious, the location was fantastic, and the washer/ dryer downstairs were very convenient. The only downside was that certain things weren't fully stocked while we were there. There were no towels when we checked in (they were later provided the following day) and we ran out of toilet paper and there were no back-up rolls. These were pretty minor overall though. Additionally, the apartment was extremely hot during the day and had no fans. Even with all of the shades down and windows open, we were still boiling. I do believe there was a heat wave in Anchorage while we were there, but it would probably be a good idea to put a couple fans inside for future warm days. Overall, I would definitely stay there again and would recommend the space to anyone else passing through!

We enjoyed our stay here. Communication with the owner was great. We loved having all the space we needed in the living areas and rooms. We were here in the summer, but we were fine without AC. The location is close to downtown, but also easy to get to out of town destinations.

Convenient Anchorage Apartment

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. Location was great for our visit to and around Anchorage. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare our meals. Unit was on upper level, so that we could open windows to cool the apartment at night. Master bed was a little too soft, and sometimes there was outside neighbor & road noise at night. Washer & Dryer are very close and low cost ($1 wash, 0.50 dry).

Very nice stay!!

The apt was very clean and located very close to downtown - Walking distance. Owner was very helpful and answered all my questions prior to arrival. Alaska was in the misdt of a "heat" wave - one person we talked to described it as "oppressive". The apt does not have AC, so it was a little uncomfortable for a few days, but then got back normal and all was well. If you are planning on eating out - make reservations if possible or be ready to wait +/- 2hrs for a table.
