The whole amenities were perfect for a family with two little ones.

The whole amenities were perfect for a family with two little ones.They spent their time in the hot tubs even when the weather wasn't good .The drive from and to thanet well were definitely something that will create good memories.

Really great place to visit.

Really great place to visit. We loved our time at Thanet Well. Lodges could do with smart tv's and WiFi boosters though - the only down side. Everything else was great. Many thanks to all your staff.

No complaints about the lodge it was very comfy and the hot was marvellous stunning views across the valley, we will be looking to return next year the lakes are incredible in the Autumn

We arrived at our lodge to find that the toilet didn’t flush and hot tub was too cold to use.

We arrived at our lodge to find that the toilet didn’t flush and hot tub was too cold to use. We were offered another lodge which was the only vacant one with a hot tub. Again the toilet flushing mechanism wasn’t working and needed repair. Then the smoke alarm decided to malfunction, going off at random times. We inspected the smoke alarm only to discover the unit was out of date by 3 years and should have been replaced as we were staying in a newly refurbished unit. Maintenance at these lodge is questionable to say the least.

As mentioned before there is some need for updating and the furniture is showing signs of wear as is

As mentioned before there is some need for updating and the furniture is showing signs of wear as is the shower room and bathroom.Would be useful to have a vacuum cleaner in the lodge, there was an instruction booklet for one though!,along with a number of instruction books relating to old appliances,maybe best to get rid of these and just keep the booklets for the appliances which these replaced.

Lodge was clean and tidy not giving top marks only because there was limited cutlery so we had to keep washing up and oven only had one shelf but really just little issues

The stay was spacious, clean and cozy. The sheets were new and in better condition that some of the hotels.
