L'ensemble 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains maison unifamiliale à Overland Park avec sauna!

Toute la maison unifamiliale au coeur d'Overland Park! Excellent choix pour les grands groupes, les familles, les amis ou les collègues. Passez un bon moment dans notre grand "salon" avec un bar et assez d'espace pour une grande fête! Faites-vous plaisir dans notre sauna et passez une agréable soirée relaxante dans notre jardin. La maison a été récemment rénovée et dispose de suffisamment de chambre pour 12 personnes! Un parking supplémentaire est disponible juste en face de la rue (parc public). N'attendez pas, réservez ce joyau pour vos prochaines vacances ou une fête!

A l'étage dispose de 3 chambres: une suite parentale avec lit king et salle de bains séparée, une autre chambre a un lit queen et le troisième a deux lits simples adaptés pour les enfants ou les jeunes adultes. Le niveau principal dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée, d'une salle à manger pour 8 personnes et d'un salon avec deux canapés-lits queen-size. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un immense salon avec bar, canapé-lit, TV, walk-in de hockey sur air au patio et troisième salle de bain. Notre sauna est flambant neuf et situé à l'extérieur à quelques pas de l'autre côté du patio. Les clients peuvent également utiliser deux garage et l'allée. Toute la maison est pour les invités.

This house was perfect! It looks small but it actually has so much space inside. Boris was wonderful and very responsive to messages. I would definitely stay there again!

It was clean, floors were squeaky. Stairs are steep. But otherwise good place to spend a weekend. Lots of room, and good amenities. Would stay here again

We were in town with some friends for the NFL draft. This place was wonderful. Super spacious and tons of areas to just hang out and chill!

Girls Weekend

Thanksgiving holiday

Our family met in Kansas City and visited a number of the museums. The house was at a great location. All the rooms allowed us to spread out, but also join together and have family time. The sauna and park across the street were an extra bonus!

Lots of Stairs

We liked the location as it felt safe. Nice neighborhood with mature trees. The owners were responsive to our request to add a day to the beginning of our stay. The house was clean and spacious. Very spacious! 4 levels! 3 living areas. Probably good for a large family with teenagers. We would not stay again as the main living level did not have a restroom. Up/down stairs often. If you require accessible, look elsewhere. The garage was full of junk & an average length car could not fit. So, don’t plan on using the garage. There was a lack of attention to details: burnt out lightbulbs, peeling paint ,weeds, etc…Potential for a good rental if properly managed.

Filthy and Lots of Bugs

Appliances were filthy and unusable, we had to clean the showers our selves. Shower head was so clogged, upon cleaning/unclogging them, water poured out. Rugs were filthy. Bedding had lots of stains. Huge clumps of dust on ceiling fan. Cob webs most everywhere. Several Dead bugs in the hallway every morning. By the end of the second day the basement/Rec area had a dozen bugs crawling across it. The yard and pathways were not maintained. Kids had bug bites on them after sleeping.

Family Reunion 2022

Had a GREAT stay at both properties we rented from hosts that were ONLY 4 houses away from each other. =) Great communication with Boris and we really enjoyed our stay. Properties were in the perfect location, a nice park across the street, lots of stores, restaurants right in the area, a short drive into the city for all the main attractions. House was spacious for all of us and we had nightly dinners together with all our family. Lots of amenities, BBQ grill, foosball table, sauna, spacious bar set up. Would definitely rent again if we come back this way!

Great Space

This was a great spot to use as a home base for a weekend in Kansas City. There was plenty of room, and everything was very comfortable. Excellent for a group of people to stay.

We found all the room needed in this home in Overland Park. We had a lovely stay. The home was not as clean as in others we have stayed in, but still a lovely time.

Fantastic Space for Large Groups

Plenty of room and space for large groups. Very easy to get in and out. Check out time of 10am is a bit early but everything else was great. Boris was very easy to communicate with and we had no issues.

Great for a small get together

We held my best friend’s low key bachelorette party here with dinner, some board games and a few drinks and it was the perfect location! The house was much bigger than we expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The check in and check out processes were both simple and straight forward, the house had lots of dishes and linens, and we were able to spread out for different parts of the evening. We had a little trouble finding the house at first since the confirmation email listed avenue instead of street, but that was the only hiccup! Overall, I would recommend this home.

A Great Time

Was extremely pleased with the house. It was exactly what we were hoping for. The couches that made into beds were really comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everyone had a great time. Will definitely rent again if we go back to KC.
