Feb Half Term Stay

Great location. Close to Cawsand car park. Beds exceptionally comfy. Spacious. Quiet and calm.

Amazing

This is an amazing house in a perfect location. We had everything we could ask for. The beds were very comfortable. We were warm throughout our stay. The house was a warm hug and we really appreciate the attention the owners have given to us as guests. The car park was super close. Highly recommended!!

Cawsand 2026

This is the 5th year that we have stayed in Kingsand/Cawsand with Forgotten Corner. The service is excellent. We enjoyed our stay very much indeed. Woodleigh was great - really excellent property and worked out well with our family and friends. The location was perfect. The bedrooms spacious and carpets in good condition. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen modern and a decent size. The outdoor space and the terraced garden were amazing. Overall, it an ideal holiday cottage. The en suite shower was a bit cramped. There wasn’t a decent shower in the main bathroom. There wasn’t a great selection of pots/pans (for cooking for 6 people). There wasn’t a dustpan and brush (but that was quickly sorted - thank you!)

A gorgeous location and very comfortable house

A gorgeous location and very comfortable house for four adults, two 8 year olds, 1 year old and a dog. Very comfy beds, great kitchen and large dining table for us all. Extremely quick responses to questions, very friendly on the phone and through messages. A really beautiful village with lots to do without having to drive, great cafes, pubs, shops, galleries, lovely sage beaches for the children and right on the South West Coast Path with easy walks with great views.

Xmas Stay

The cottage is in a fabulous location close to the beach and the rest of the village amenities. This was our 3rd stay in this property however a few niggles have made it different to previous stays. Gone were the nice touches such as the welcome pack of scones, cream and jam etc. There was very little in the way of soap in the bathrooms less than an inch in each bottle and only 3 sheets of toilet paper on the spare roll and an abundance of cobwebs everywhere which were obviously more than a week old.
