Ardwyn is a house consisting of a kitchen with three ovens, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster, a utility with fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for fourteen guests and pool table, and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a family room with a king-size and sofa bed and en-suite shower, super-king-size with en-suite shower, king-size with en-suite shower, ground-floor king-size serviced by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, blue tiles, and orange walls. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with patio, furniture, and hot tub, and off-road parking for six cars. EV charging available. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and pub and within 0.3 miles a beach. Your stay at Ardwyn is sure to be a memorable one. Note: There is an additional charge for the use of the hot tub at £200.00 due to the work involved on changeovers and water changes even for the weekends - we aim to have the tub warm and ready on arrival.
