The apartment features modern amenities for a comfortable stay. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, an inviting living area with TV and one bedroom featuring a double bed.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with all utensils and necessary things to fix a good meal! The kitchen also boasts an oven and an electric hub. The kitchen is equipped for both long and short-term rentals.

Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3-week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours, especially with respect to extra noises. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Check-ins are done or by one of our team or by self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedules are given at the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

The place was full of damp. The kettle blew up. You need to send a rep down there and evaluate. Shame on you for promoting.

The apartment was suitable from a layout perspective. The overwhelming odor of mildew accosted us upon entry. Attempts to rectify that night led only to a "try again in the morning" and an insulting "that is not mildew, it is wet limestone" response from the host. After one night we had to checkout due to the strong odor. All attempts to rectify with the host, and for that matter with VRBO were completely fruitless.STAY AWAY from this unit, and from 360 Estates as they are non-responsive. We did get a lovely place just a block away where the Limestone was present and wet, and smelled NOTHING like this unit. We took pictures of the blackened walls, corners, bathroom, etc. Nearly two months later and we are still trying to get a refund the nights we didn't spend there. The host, Matthew, is totally unresponsive. Disappointed in them, and with VRBO as they have been worse, in that they keep telling me I will get an e-mail from a specialist post haste (at least 5 times I have wasted time with them in Chat or on the phone), and "Crickets" - no follow up from them. It will be along time before I consider using VRBO again.
