Heated indoor Pool included from Nov to 15 March 26 Ringway Villa is situated in peaceful valley known as Santa Maria Estate in the north of Malta. This villa can accommodate up to 16 persons Consists of 1 x 2 bed and 2 x 3 bed apartments.. The first floor of the villa consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens. The pool is shared with the 3 bedroom on lower level. All bedrooms and kitchens has an Air Condition Cold or Heat units.(optional) operated by pre paid cards. Sandy beach 5 min away with bus or car. Plenty of parking outside the villa. Car is not a necessity as the village is 5 min away on foot. Close to all shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets. Mature Garden round the villa. BBQ outside and shower. Umbrellas and sun loungers near pool. All linen and towels provided. Beach towels to be provided by guests
. Free Food pack on arrival in Villa. Can be rented separate apartments.Wireless Internet Connection. Telephone. TV with Cable. Microwave, coffee percolator,toaster, electric kettle, all pots and pans. Hair dryer in every bedroom. Large terraces round the villa.

All bedrooms and kitchens/sitting carry an Air Conditioning (optional) which are operated by pre paid cards available from the owner.
please note our arrival and departures are on Saturday (before booking Flights) in the peak months

The villa is situated between two roads: One side on Santa Maria Estate and the other side on Etna Street which makes an easier access to the village.

The property is stunning - much better than the photos show. Antoinette is accommodating sorting out any little niggles one might occur.We took over the whole property -16 of us -ample loungers, seating areas and tables.

Ringway Villa

Huge space inside the apartments (we hired both apartments in the villa), for 8 adults and 3 children, which were very clean and very comfortable. Antoinette was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time and couldn't have hope for a better place to stay. The indoor pool was a huge plus as the weather was not warm enough to use the outdoor pool. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars nearby and a short drive to other facilities and sightseeing. Would definitely consider staying again.

Das einzige positive, was man ĂŒber diese "Villa" sagen kann, ist der grosse, sehr saubere Swimmingpool mit einer grosser Liegeterrasse. Dann fĂ€ngt es aber schon an: LiegestĂŒhle kaputt mit riesen Löchern auf der LiegeflĂ€che. Kissen versieft und verfleckt. Terrassentisch Farbe abgeblĂ€ttert. TerrassenstĂŒhle abgenĂŒtzt und durchlöchert. Schlafzimmer stinkend muffig. Bratpfannen ohne Belag, total abgenĂŒtzt. Aussenbeleuchtungen teilweise nicht intakt und kaputt. Vermieterin wohnt im 2. Stock der Villa und wir mussten sie bitten nicht dauern herumzuschreien. Dies fing schon morgens um 07h00 an und spĂ€t abends hatte sie ihren TV bei offenem Fenster so laut aufgedreht, dass ein gemĂŒtliches Zusammensitzen auf unserer Terrasse nicht möglich war. Wir haben sie dann aufgefordert ihre Kunden zu respektieren und leiser zu sein. Von da an war sie beleidigt und es gab keinerlei Kontakt mehr. Der Gipfel war dann am Abreisetag: Check-out 10h00. Um 08h00 war bereits das Putzteam da und putzte und HĂ€mmerte um uns herum. Auf unsere Bemerkung, dass vorallem das Terrasseninventar in Ă€rmlichen Zustand sei, meinte sie, dass sei von der Sonne und sie könne nicht andaurend die Möbel wechseln. Da ein Teil unserer Gruppe spĂ€ter abreiste und die Koffer bis dahin in einem Raum stehen lassen durften, bemerkten Sie, dass nach unserer Abreise alle defekten LiegestĂŒhle ausgewechselt wurden. Antoinette ist definitiv KEIN SUPER HOST, sondern eine super Abzockerin. Einmal und NIE wieder

Amazing Stay at the Ring Way Villa

This villa is amazing. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here. The owner, Antoinette, is very accommodating and thoughtful. She is also very communicative and helpful with any questions. The villa was perfect for our large group of 17. It is divided up into three apartments with eight bedrooms. The lower level has three bedrooms and the largest kitchen/living room of the three. The upper two apartments have three bedrooms and two bedrooms respectively, and can be divided or joined together by a connecting hallway. Our group ended up spending most of our time all in the larger kitchen/living room on the first floor. We also enjoyed the many lovely seating areas in various places outside. It was too cool out to use the outdoor pool in early March, but the indoor pool was great – it was warm and has the loveliest pool tile I have ever seen. If we go back to Malta, we are definitely staying at this villa again!

Great for our big family and children

We stayed at the property in August as we were here’s for a family wedding. The villa accommodated 19 adults and 7 children and babies. We had enough room and space and didn’t feel cramped at all The house was very clean and tidy. All the plugs are English! Very helpful!!! Antoinette supplies ya all with bath towels and swimming towels! You would need to buy dishwasher tablets, you only get 2. Antoinette set up the spare beds in rooms to suit all families, which was really handy, we told her before who had children and extra beds were put in the right rooms. Antoinette was a great host, she does live above the property but don’t let this put you off, you wouldn’t even know she was there. The aircon is run on payment cards €10/€20 which Antoinette supplies. You would need about €30 for two weeks. Antoinette also supplied us with fresh towels and bath mats. The kitchens had everything you needed. Nearest supermarket ‘Valyou’ is about 8/10mins away our the front of the villa. There is a wholesalers outside the back entrance to the villa, which is good for beer/water/wine/ice. Turn left out the back of the villa and it’s around 100yards on the right. Very convenient for a big group and easier to get home as these products are heavy and it’s very close to the villa. The taxi Apps are good also ‘Bolt’ and ‘Ecabs’ (We preferred Bolt) Billy’s sports bar up the road is really good/crossleys bar is also great fun. Popeye land is Very close by, you would need a taxi. great for children!!! About 10mins in a cab. The terrace area is very big. It looked like the property could be separated into three apartments but our group took up the whole house. The pool area is lovely and a nice size pool. I would recommend for a big group.

Bus service excellent but Mellieha a bit out of the way so a car would be a good idea.

Was a good property for our party of 15. Lots of space both indoors and out. Three separate apartments gave us all a bit of privacy and space.

Exceptional family holiday

This property was an ideal base for our large family to get together especially as we came from all corners of the globe. The host was very accommodating and always on hand if we needed her but also allowed us total privacy. I would highly recommend the property and would certainly consider a return trip

Nous étions un groupe de 11 personnes réunis à la fois pour le travail et pour les vacances. A l'unanimité nous avons apprécié ce lieu, sa disposition en trois appartements différents, la possibilité de manger séparément et tous ensemble et de nous réunir dehors ou à l'intérieur... Antoinette met toute son énergie et sa gentillesse à nous accueillir et à rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous retournerions volontiers si nous en avions l'occasion...

Amazing pool!!!

We arrived early and the host Antoinette allowed us to change in one of the villas and use the pool. Which was fantastic as the children could not wait to jump in and as we were all hot and bothered from the travelling and heat it was a god send! The villas were all very comfortable and we spent most days enjoying the pool and sunbeds. We were a group of 17 and we never had to fight over the sunbeds so this made things easy for us. We loved the waterfalls and bubble features which made this pool one of the best we've used. Although this villa is not located by the beach there are lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance which was ideal for us as being a large group its easier to eat out. Cross keys restaurant, at the top with the beautiful view across the bay, was our favorite. We took a minibus to Golden Bay which was 10 minutes away with a beautiful sandy beach. We hired sunbeds and an umbrella for 5 euros each so it was very relaxing. The sea was so warm the children loved it. The only other excursion we did was a boat trip to the blue lagoon which although was beautiful, it was crazy as it was full of so many people the experience was not enjoyable. Overall we had a fantastic holiday as we loved the villa and Antoinette was so accommodating. We would not hesitate to recommend this villa!

Without doubt the best family holiday I have been on out of many different locations and villas.

Myself and my family consisting of 10 adults and 3 kids just got back from a week in Malta staying at ringway villa. It is without doubt the best family holiday out of many we have had, the Villa is absolutely beautiful and is surrounded by stunning scenery, it has 8 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 3 kitchens, it’s huge! It is in a great location with plenty of bars and restaurants within a couple minute walk and a very short bus/cab ride to all the main attractions i.e beach, Medina, blue lagoon. There is a large supermarket, off license and butchers also within a couple of minutes walk which was ideal for the days/evenings we chose to stay in the Villa, there is a large brick BBQ which we absolutely loved along with a swimming pool that we used everyday and the kids couldn’t get enough of. In terms of hospitality you couldn’t ask for a better host than Antonette, she is such a lovely women and made us feel so welcome as soon as we arrived, she goes out of her way to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible, I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to have a holiday with a large group of people as it ticks all the boxes, we are already planning to go back next summer.

Wonderful villa, great hostess

We had a wonderful holiday in Antoinette's villa. Very nice swimming pool with spacious terrace for sunbathing on comfortable chairs. Villa was clean and there were enough towels and tableware. Antoinette was a lovely hostess. Always available as they live on the top floor themselves. Kids enjoyed the pool billiards and table soccer table very much, especially on the days when the weather wasn't that good. Very recommendable.

Our whole family (19 people) stayed here for a summer trip. Antoinette was a great host. Everything was beautiful and clean. There was a basket in each kitchen when we arrived with some food/drinks so we didn't have to go to the grocery immediately. What a great place to stay in Malta. Antoinette helped us find a rental car, set up a private chef (The Gozo Chef), tour of Malta and a bus to/from the airport. She and her husband were super sweet! Would definitely recommend!

Amazing!

Myself, my family and several friends hired the whole villa for the week around our wedding. The villa was perfect for us. It was clean, spacious and very well placed. The villa owners were incredibly friendly and helpful and which made a real difference to our stay! I could not recommend this villa highly enough and we are definitely planning on returning! For anyone visiting in the low season (especially those with children) spending the little bit extra on the indoor pool is a must!!

Hi Antoinette, We are back in the U.K. all ok so just a quick note to say thanks for looking after us during our one week holiday with you. You have a truly wonderful property in a fantastic location situated in a lovely country! The house you have was perfect for us ( eleven adults) it had everything we needed, is spotlessly clean and in a great location , close to the beach and shops etc. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending the property to anyone as there was absolutely nothing we could find fault with. Charming Hyde Park Flat pl871101

My husband and I were well pleased with our charming flat in the lively Bayswater area of London; an easy walk to Hyde and Kensington Parks, buses, the underground, shops, pubs, and restaurants. Imagine a downstairs (one short flight) servant quarter in what used to be a stately mansion for the wealthy. The mansion (where our hostess lives) and flat were extremely clean and beautifully maintained, with an abundance of plants and flowers which provided a welcoming ambience. The flat itself was just the right size for 2 people (and possibly a small child) with a large bed/sitting room with a very comfortable king-size bed, couch, ample storage, and TV. There is a small but well-equiped kitchen with an oven, frig, micro-wave, expresso maker and a washer/dryer combination. Ann, our hostess couldn't have been nicer. She warmly welcomed us after an exhausting Trans-Atlantic flight, explaining the utilities, kitchen equipment, wifi and everything we needed to know about the flat. In addition she had stocked the kitchen with coffee, milk and other staples to get us started. We were also given an information sheet listing and reviewing local pubs, restaurants, night life, transportation options, shops and so forth which was very helpful. Ann's care and concern continued through out our 8 night stay, not the least of which was assisting us with a banking glitch, and providing an ice pack and extra ice for a foot injury. I enthusiastically recommend this flat to a couple of any age or to a small family.

Wedding party august 2015

We stayed at this 8 bed villa for my daughters wedding over in malta We couldn't have had a better holiday 3 separate apartments or all together like we did The villa has everything and more you could need Spotless clean and high standard throughout The pool and seating areas are fab, plenty of room to escape from others if you wanted. Antoinette and her husband are really lovely people, very helpful and accommodating Airport pickup and car hire was all sorted through Antoinette before we arrived, which was much better Would definitely recommend Ringway villa and so would my husband, so it must be good

Fantastic location with stunning view

My family (6 adults, 4 children) rent the two top apartments, which easily could be used as one. Fresh and clean bedrooms and bathrooms and five doors leading out to the cosy terrace with a stunning view. The outdoor dining area, next to lemon tree, bougainvillea flowers and lavendel, was perfect situated with breakfast in sunshine and possibility to use the parasol when needed. The pool area was fantastic with comfortable sun beds, bubbles and water falls now and then and cosy lighting in evening. Barbecue possible! Calm and quiet evenings. The house has a perfect location, 200 metres from Mellieha main road (super market, butcher's shop, bakery) where buses pass frequently, taking you to all Malta places worth visiting. Enjoy your stay in this wonderful house with service minded people taking care of you. Thanks a lot Antoinette! /Miriam with family (Sweden)
