The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.
For those wishing to catch up on work or your loved ones, high-speed wifi is available throughout the whole stay. AC is free to use and you can adjust temperature to your liking.
Living | Relax in our inviting living room, featuring a comfortable sofa bed that can accommodate an extra guest. The space is designed for your relaxation with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and ample seating. Perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing or enjoying a movie night with loved ones.
Dining Area | Adjacent to the living room, the dining area provides a welcoming space to enjoy your meals. The dining table seats four comfortably, making it ideal for family dinners or casual meals with friends.
Kitchen | Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes. It includes modern appliances such as a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and a variety of kitchen utensils.
Bedrooms | The main bedroom features a double bed while the other bedroom includes 2 singles.
Balconies | Step outside onto your private balcony and enjoy the fresh air and views of PietĂ . This lovely outdoor space is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply taking in the surroundings.

For your convenience, the apartment includes a washing machine, ensuring you can pack light and always have fresh clothes. We also provide free Wi-Fi and air conditioning to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Being so central our guests will enjoy many amenities at a walking distance, and central to all the main areas.
Pieta is a beautiful part of Malta, and the location of this apartment is perfect, guests could just go opposite the road and enjoy a walk in the beautiful harbour.
Many restaurants or coffee shops around the area.
The apartment is situated in the heart of Pieta making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.
If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.
For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere in Pieta.
Very important notes before booking:
1. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.
2. During lovely and summer season, although we sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)
3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.
4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.
5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.
6. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)
- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person
7. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.
8. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
