The ground floor includes: the kitchen which is fully equipped with a range cookers, dishwashers, and an American-style fridge freezer with ice maker; the dining room seats up to 18 guests. The sitting room has a wood-burning stove and TV. The conservatory opens onto a patio area with an outdoor kitchen, which includes a barbecue and pizza oven, as well as a seating area and a hot tub. The ground floor also includes two toilets.
The first floor comprises five bedrooms; one family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds, two double rooms (one of which also includes a single bed), one twin room, and one super-king room. All bedrooms on this floor have en-suite facilities. There is also a separate bathroom with a bath, shower, and toilet.
The second floor has a further three bedrooms; a twin bedroom with shower room en-suite, a cosy single bedroom with a hand basin, a double room, and a reading room for those seeking quiet moments!

This unique Arts and Crafts country house is situated in the beautiful North Devon countryside, the surrounding area is home to a variety of local wildlife and guests can enjoy views of the estate and surrounding landscape from the property.
The nearby town of South Molton is a short drive away, where you can explore unique independent shops, traditional butchers, and quaint tea rooms.

Pets Description Up to 5 well-behaved dogs welcome, for supplement of £25 per dog. Please don’t let dogs on the furniture, especially sofas and beds. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please clean muddy dogs using the outside tap and the dog towels provided. Dogs must not be left alone in the property. Stair gates are provided which help control where dogs can wander. Guests are responsible for their dog/s and you will be charged for any damage caused by your dog.

South Molton is a historic market town on the southern edge of Exmoor National Park, easily reached from the A361 North Devon Link Road. It makes an excellent base for exploring Exmoor and Devon.
The town has a long and proud history stretching back to Saxon times, and was once a prosperous centre for the wool trade. Today it retains much of its traditional character, with handsome Georgian and Victorian buildings lining the wide, sloping Broad Street. The 15th-century Guildhall still stands at the heart of the town, home to the South Molton Museum, which tells the story of the area's heritage.
Market Town Life
South Molton's famous pannier market has been held every Thursday and Saturday for centuries. The covered market hall beside Broad Street hosts stalls selling local produce, crafts, baked goods, and household items. On Thursdays the market is smaller and more local in character, while Saturday is the main market day, drawing visitors from across North Devon. It is well worth timing your visit to coincide with market day.

South Molton has an excellent range of amenities for a town of its size. There is a good selection of independent shops, including a butcher, a baker, gift shops, and a bookshop along Broad Street and the surrounding streets.
