Surplombant la ville de Telluride, la rivière San Miguel et la crête de San Sophia, le Riverside D203 ne pourrait pas être mieux situé pour votre location de vacances à Telluride. Le sentier de départ pour Bear Creek est littéralement à deux pas de votre porte. Si proche de la base de la télécabine et de la rue principale historique de Telluride, l'emplacement de ce condo est garanti pour plaire à toute la famille. Le niveau d'entrée comprend une suite principale avec une grande salle de bain et une grande baignoire. La chambre d'amis a 2 jumeaux qui peuvent être convertis en un roi. La laveuse sécheuse est idéalement située à ce niveau, ainsi que la salle de bain avec douche à vapeur. L'étage supérieur a de hauts plafonds avec beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine sont ouverts l'un à l'autre. Le salon a une terrasse donnant sur la rivière San Miguel et la ville de Telluride. Excellent condo in Telluride

What a great property with prime location in downtown Telluride and close to trailheads. Property management company made the process easy and was responsive. Would stay here again!

GREAT PLACE ON THE EDGE OF TOWN

Great location tucked away by the river and still so close to all the main attractions of Telluride. The condo was great with with nice views and an inviting living area to relax. We'll be back.

Great location, adequate amenities

The furniture and decor are dated, the porch and deck hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Easy to see that the people that cleaned and managed this unit didn’t care about keeping it in good shape. As a whole, the Riverside condos may need to be updated soon. If it wasn’t in Town of Telluride, I wouldn’t stay there at all.

Hi, Greg We are very sorry to hear about the (Porch and deck cleanliness) issues during your stay. Those pesky cobwebs come back rather quickly, especially in the summer. We endeavor to make sure they are knocked down for all pre-arrivals. A simple call, and we would have had housekeeping right back to take care of it for you. We are a small local company a block from Riverside condos. Accommodations in Telluride staff cares deeply about the product we present for guests. Our descriptions are carefully worded so you know exactly what to expect. We take pride in the management of the homes that are in our portfolio. This is the first complaint we have ever had about the unit being dated or housekeeping for this unit. The Riverside HOA is a separate entity from us, as we manage a handful of properties in the complex. The HOA has control over the overall state of the complex.

This is a great property with lots of supplies and everything you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed being steps from restaurants and the free Gondola to the Mountain Village.

Walking Distance to Everything

Great location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping and gondola to Mtn Village. Nice mtn view from balcony. The property management company left a nice, unexpected goodie bag for us filled with a variety of things...nice touch. Bedrooms and kitchen a little tight, but, for a short stay, manageable. Both bedrooms & bathrooms are downstairs. Comfortable unit that met our needs. But, again, you can't beat the location.

Outstanding adult weekend getaway

Perfect for our small group of two adult couples. Great beds and showers. Very comfortable living space. All the little things were nicely accounted for. Very easy check-in and check-out. Perfect location. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic location

Very functional unit as advertised. Very short walk/ski to from the lifts. The two bedrooms are quiet and well appointed and the pull out couch works great as a 3rd bed.

Perfect location

We loved our getaway at the Riverside condo. It was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. I had the best morning coffee view of the beautiful mountains from the balcony. There is a great hiking trail practically right outside the door that can take you to a place called Little Hawaii Falls....breathtaking! It also is within walking distance to great shops, restaurants and the Gondola. I would highly recommend staying here.

Property is beautiful and couldn’t be in a better location for summertime activities! Bear Creek Trail starts in the parking lot! Walking distance to everything! We will be back!

Perfect Choice

This comfortable, clean and well equipped condo is in a great location along the river. Only a few short blocks away from the Gondola, restaurants and galleries - yet peaceful and with lovely views. The king bed in the master was especially comfortable and the upstairs common space ample. This property does not disappoint!

Perfect fall getaway!

This was an excellent experience from booking to staying. The place was very clean, had a wonderfully stocked kitchen and close to everything. Bonus to have a parking space. Walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.
