Emplacement ultime! Près de la télécabine, des remontées mécaniques, de l'épicerie et du sentier de la rivière. Courte promenade à Town Park et la rue principale! Profitez du confort élégant avec de nouveaux meubles modernes. Ce condo sur deux niveaux comprend une chambre et une salle de bain complète au premier niveau avec un salon ouvert, une cuisine, une salle de bain et une chambre au deuxième niveau. La chambre au premier étage offre un lit queen. La chambre du deuxième étage, juste à côté du salon, a un lit escamotable queen qui peut être niché pour créer un espace de travail ou de jeux si nécessaire. Ce condo vient d'être meublé avec de nouveaux meubles modernes pour rendre votre séjour à Telluride aussi confortable et pratique que possible. Il y a une machine à laver / sèche-linge dans l'unité pour rendre votre séjour plus facile et les ponts partagés de chaque chambre vous permettent de profiter d'un peu plus d'air frais. Ce condo est à une rue du ski en hiver et à pied du festival ou de la télécabine en été.

Perfect location

Perfect location- super close to restaurants and shopping, walking distance to everything. The room was super spacious and clean, and was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay here again!

Great visit and amazing location

Our family enjoyed the home setup and especially the location across from the gondola. We would highly recommend this home. The ski locker downstairs was also a nice plus.

AMAZING TELLURIDE SPOT

I couldn't recommend this place more! Everything was absolutely wonderful! Such a cute an clean place that was perfect for our ski trip! An easy walk (Even in ski boots) to the gondola and close to a market, restaurants, stores and more in Telluride. Host was wonderful and very communicative and made everything easy. Will definitely try to rebook for our next trip to Telluride!

Perfect Place to Stay

This property was exactly as described and worked perfectly for our 4-person group. The location is spectacular and the property was very clean. We found the kitchen well-stocked and appreciated having 2 bathrooms. Our only 'negative' was the fact that there is no air-conditioning (we were prepared for that) but there were no windows you could leave open. The only access to the outside was the 2 deck doors, but the deck is shared with the neighboring condo - so we didn't feel safe leaving those open. Other than that, it was the perfect place for us.

Amazing location & clean/spacious!

We had a fantastic time staying at Georgina's property- the location is outstanding, only a block away from the gondola and main street, and the condo was extremely clean and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend!

1. This is a residential building. Please refrain from making loud noise as it is close living & we like to respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are 10pm - 8am.

2. Absolutely no smoking in the condo or on the premises of the building. This includes cigarettes & marijuana (we can smell it!). $1000 fine applies.

3. Pets - please leave your pets a home. Pets are not permitted in this rental property.

4. Check in time is 4pm & checkout time is 10am. Please do not arrive early, or leave late without clearing it with us first as it can disrupt a tight housekeeping and inspection schedule.

5. For stays longer than 10 days, a mid-stay clean is required for an additional fee.

6. Travel insurance is available to cover your vacation in the event something unexpected pops up. Please ask for details if this is something you would like to purchase. Please note, while we understand that life circumstances can impact your travel plans, we cannot be held responsible for refunds when the unexpected happens.
