In the municipality of Torri del Benaco, a short distance from the center, there is this magnificent farmhouse recently renovated with care to make it a warm and welcoming accommodation.

Situated in a slightly elevated position, it offers a magnificent view of the countryside, the town and the lake below.

The farmhouse has a large living room/kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 adults.

Outside, a large terrace and a small garden allow you to have lunch or rest while enjoying the view in the open air.

The property has a large garage that can accommodate 3 cars.

The access road is quite narrow but allows for medium-sized cars to pass.

For larger cars there is a parking about 300 meters away.

Villa Coi is an oasis of peace and tranquility and is NOT suitable for groups looking for wild fun that does not respect the peace of the neighbors.

The Villa is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Towels and sheets are provided included in the price.

No drinks, food or consumables are provided and must be purchased by guests (soaps, shampoos, etc.).

Check-in is from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM. For check-in after this time a fee of 30.00 Euro is required to be paid upon arrival.

Check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Early check-in or late check-out can only be confirmed the day before.
