A comfortable, modern grand-design house Casa Erlinda, built early of 2016. Located along the Gov. Jose Fuentebella National Highway, corner of Quezon and Aguinaldo Street, inside the compound of the old Municipal Building, also former The Museum of Tigaon and presently the LTO-Partido, Tigaon (Land Transportation Organization). The house can accommodate 10 persons, 2 persons in two of the bedrooms, 3 persons in the 3rd bedroom and available 3 mattresses that could be put anywhere the house. Master's bedroom is located on the first floor with own T&B as well as the kitchen, living room and a bar table with 2 bar chairs. On the second floor locates two bedrooms with cabinets in each room and a toilet and bath. All rooms have air-conditioned units, and both bathrooms have a shower heater. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic induction 4-burner hob, microwave, coffeemaker, rice cooker, etc.

Guests are provided with bed sheets, linens, pillows and towel.
