The Space:

Step inside and you’ll immediately feel the blend of character, comfort, and creativity that defines this unique home. High ceilings and traditional Maltese furniture set the tone, paired with hand-picked design touches that give the space its own personality.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with Smart TV and flexible extra bedding (just let us know if you’d like it set up!), a stylish double bedroom, a modern bathroom, and a lovely little patio — ideal for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Head downstairs to find a private games room with table tennis — a guest favorite for winding down after a day out.

Art lovers will especially appreciate the home’s collection, curated by a talented local artist who also co-owns the space. Her work brings warmth, color, and a sense of place to every corner.

You’ll also enjoy thoughtful extras like a drip coffee maker, sustainable bath products, and a few small surprises we’ll let you discover for yourself.

Two air-conditioning units are available: one in the bedroom and one in the living room, each with a separate remote control.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire home to yourself, including the outdoor area and the games room on the lower floor. Just note there’s a spiral staircase connecting the two levels.

The location of this holiday home couldn't be more perfect. Situated just a few minutes' walk away from Malta's capital city, Valletta, it resides in a charming residential area that offers tranquility while being conveniently close to a huge selection of eateries, museums, and cultural attractions. Additionally, it's within easy reach of the Valletta Waterfront, Malta's main cruise liner terminal, known for its picturesque setting. Floriana, with its exceptional blend of residential calm and vibrant nearby attractions, provides travelers with the perfect opportunity to savor the best of both worlds.



There's a ton of history in the same area as this holiday home. The Wignacourt Water Tower, the Neo-Gothic Wesleyan Church - now Sir Robert Sammut Hall, the Lion Fountain (1728) - which served as the only water supply for the inhabitants of Floriana for a time - and so much more. Floriana is further beautified by its large number of gardens. We recommend a visit to the Sa Maison Gardens, the Argotti Gardens, and the Garden of Rest, all of which also offer different views of Marsamxett Harbour - picture perfect is what our travellers say.



Getting Around:

The island’s compact size makes exploring charming towns and stunning coastal views easy, while ferry services connect you to nearby islands like Gozo and Comino. You can easily explore the islands of Malta by renting a car, taking a bus, or opting for a taxi, all of which are simple solutions. Self‑Check‑In, Eco Tax & Guest Portal:

This is a self‑check‑in holiday home. Your unique access code will be available in your Guest Portal once the eco tax has been paid and your Self Check‑In Form completed. Codes activate at 3:00 PM, our official check‑in time. If you’d like to drop off luggage earlier, send us a quick message and we’ll confirm if it’s possible, depending on our cleaning schedule. This is a very popular holiday home and our housekeeping team needs 5–6 hours to prepare the property to a high standard, so your understanding is appreciated. Once your booking is confirmed, our Guest Experience Team will be in touch and you can choose your preferred way to communicate with us; our phone number is also available in the Guest Portal if you’d like to speak to someone directly.



Submitting your eco tax online:

Eco tax, in line with Malta’s Environmental Contribution regulations, must be paid securely via our online payment link before arrival. A secure payment link is sent to you upon booking confirmation. For a smooth arrival, we recommend submitting your payment on the day you book, so you can then complete your Self Check‑In Form and gain access to our Guest Portal to start planning your stay.
