Welcome to our cozy and fully equipped home in Votsalakia (also known as Kambos Marathokampou), a charming seaside area of Samos. Located just 15 meters from the beach and offering stunning sea view, our house is ideal for families or groups of up to 5 people looking for a relaxing and convenient holiday.
The two-story house is connected by an external staircase and offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, iron, and one of the two bathrooms with a shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious veranda with a dining area, sofa, armchairs, and a sun lounger—perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening drink with sea views—as well as a second bathroom with a shower.
The house includes air conditioning and Wi-Fi on both floors, with smart FHD TVs in each area for your entertainment. Each floor also has its own refrigerator for added convenience. For families with young children, we provide a baby cot, high chair, and baby bath. The property is also pet-friendly, including a pet bed and feeding bowls for our four-legged friends.
Our location is one of our strongest features. The house is in the heart of Votsalakia, just steps from restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets, and a taxi station. The public bus stop is directly in front of the house, offering easy access even without a car.
