Villa Olivia is located near Corinaldo, in the province of Ancona, in the heart of Le Marche countryside. This ideal location allows you to enjoy the tranquillity of the hills while still being close to the sea.
Just 15 minutes away by car is Senigallia, one of the most renowned seaside resorts in Le Marche region. It is famous for its “Velvet Beach”, which is characterised by golden sand and shallow waters that are ideal for families. The lively promenade is home to cycle paths, well-equipped beach clubs, seaside restaurants and lively bars. The elegant town centre is home to the Rocca Roveresca fortress, the Foro Annonario and lots of summer events, including the famous Summer Jamboree festival.
The nearby countryside features an enchanting hilly landscape dotted with historic villages, vineyards and olive groves. Just a few minutes from the villa is Corinaldo, one of Italy's most beautiful villages, with its perfectly preserved walls, cobbled streets and medieval charm.
The surrounding area boasts many charming towns that are well worth a visit, including Jesi, the home of Verdicchio wine; Ostra, which still has an intact medieval layout; and Mondavio, which has an impressive Renaissance fortress. Further north lie some of the cultural gems of the Marche region: Urbino, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and cradle of the Renaissance, with its magnificent Ducal Palace and works by Raphael; Pesaro, a vibrant coastal city with a strong musical heritage, home to the Rossini Opera Festival and offering a variety of museums, historic villas and an elegant seafront; and Gradara, with its picturesque medieval castle nestled in a well-preserved village.
Another must-see destination is the Conero Riviera, with its crystal-clear beaches at Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo. Here, wild and unspoilt stretches alternate with beach resorts and seaside restaurants.
Exploring this corner of the Le Marche region offers the chance to enjoy authentic experiences steeped in tradition, culture and local flavours. You can taste excellent wines such as Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi or Lacrima di Morro d'Alba, visit wineries surrounded by greenery and sample traditional cuisine. Located in a hilly position, Villa Olivia is surrounded by cultivated fields and olive groves, with a splendid view stretching from the rolling hills of the valley to the peaks of the Apennines. The villa is surrounded by a large garden featuring a beautiful pool equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Next to the pool, a gazebo houses a hot tub and comfortable sofas, ideal for moments of complete relaxation.
A large gazebo equipped with tables and chairs provides the perfect setting for outdoor lunches and dinners, while other corners of the garden offer additional private spaces, thanks to gazebos furnished with sofas, tables and chairs.
Near the pool, you will also find an outdoor kitchen complete with a barbecue, which is perfect for cooking with friends and enjoying the outdoors. The garden also has a play area equipped with swings, a slide, a table tennis, a table football, a trampoline and a small facility for fitness exercises.
The villa is accessed via an automatic gate and there is a covered car park with six parking spaces.
Villa Olivia is a charming property that can accommodate up to 18 people and is perfect for families and groups of friends looking for comfort and tranquillity.
The villa is spread over two floors and consists of five completely independent apartments, four of which can be accessed from inside the villa via an internal staircase.

The ground floor consists of:

- a large living room with sofas and a dining table;
- a fully-equipped professional kitchen with an oven, fridge-freezer and dishwasher;
- a double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom with shower, also equipped with a separate entrance;
- a half bathroom;
- an apartment for 4 people, accessed via a separate entrance from the outside, consisting of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the first floor of the villa, where there are:

- 2 apartments for 4 people, each consisting of a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a loft with two single beds (suitable for children and teenagers due to the low ceiling height. This loft is accessible directly from the living room and has no separating door) and a bathroom with shower;
- 2 apartments for 2 people, each consisting of a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is equipped with air conditioning and insect screens on the windows.
There is also a laundry room with washing machine and sink, located next to the parking area.


The rental price includes:
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; final cleaning; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air conditioning; Wi-Fi; heating consumption; pool and garden maintenance.

The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):
small and medium-sized pets allowed on request (max. 2 pets a week) € 50,00 per pet per week; extra cleaning; extra linen change.

Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00

Extra services on request (fee-paying service): visits to local wineries with wine tasting opportunities; electric mountain bike hire; Vespa tours; horse riding; massages; SUP hire and lessons.
