Grande maison de campagne avec piscine et court de tennis privés, 12 hectares

La propriété est constituée de 12 hectares de champs dont 8 consacrés à une oliveraie biologique, et d'un grand jardin.

La maison dispose au rez-de-chaussée d'un grand salon et salle à manger donnant sur une grande cuisine ouverte, 3 chambres, 3 salles de bain, un salon bibliothèque pouvant également servir de chambre, et un salon d’été pouvant également servir de chambre, ainsi qu'une grande terrasse en rez-de-jardin.
Au premier étage : une petite salle de cinéma (pouvant assoir 8 à 10 personnes), 4 chambres avec pour chacune sa propre salle de bain, et un salon pouvant servir de chambre (avec porte pour le fermer, comme une chambre).

Il s'agit d'une maison de campagne chargée d'histoire, de plus de 200 ans, et entièrement rénovée. Il ne s'agit pas d'une villa luxueuse et contemporaine, mais d'une maison de campagne idéale pour des groupes d'amis ou des grandes familles, souhaitant se retrouver dans un cadre verdoyant, dans les collines, tout en étant tout proche de la ville et de la mer.

La maison est idéale pour un séjour de 1 à 26 personnes. Toutefois, avec un supplément, il est possible de louer en plus un cottage (pouvant recevoir jusque 10 personnes), dans le parc.

La piscine (ouverte d'Avril à Octobre) et le cours de tennis sont à usage exclusif.
(La piscine a été rénovée en 2022, avec un nouveau liner et la terrasse de bord de piscine a été refaite et agrandie. Il s'agit d'une piscine de 12m x 6m disposant de 2 niveaux de profondeur différents).

Une personne, très discrète et agréable, occupe un appartement indépendant, et s'assure que la piscine et le jardin sont correctement entretenus, tout en maintenant toute la "privacy" des clients à tout moment.

We all had a great stay at the villa. The hosts were very accommodating and even organised a dinner and wine tasting for us which were both fantastic. The villa itself had everything we needed and the pool was great and well maintained. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay in the Italian countryside with friends

We had a great long weekend in this property with friends for a birthday celebration. The host was very helpful and communicative and helped us organise a wine tasting for the evening we arrived. The property had ample space for us and for the children in our group to play and explore. The rooms were tidy and well equipped. Would recommend.

Lovely and well-situated house

We had an excellent stay early June 2014. The house, garden, pool and the surroundings all exceeded our expectations. We were 8 adults and 4 children and the only small remark we have is that there are only 4 real bedrooms in the house, plus one living room/tv room that can be used as a bedroom. However, given that the bedroom situation is clear we think it is hard to find a better stay in Marche.

Amazing house

We were a group of 14 friends in our late 20s, and this house was perfect for us! Nik, Lirim, and the rest of the Belgatto team were incredible. They helped us get the best out of our stay, for example, arranging a wine tasting and delivering fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Beautiful house and surroundings with spacious rooms, olive and fig trees, and a refreshing pool. Walking distance to the sea and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place for family celebration

Lovely old Italian house with great big pool and tennis court. Very comfortable and all arrangements made clearly and easily with Nik who even arranged a piano for us. We were a family of 17 and there was lots of room for us all. Celestine and his family cooked for us on two evenings and the food was delicious. Clearing also ran a wine tasting for us which we loved. Lirim and Entiena showed us round and we’re there if we needed them. Lovely people and a lovely place

We booked this property for 15 adults of varying ages and 3 children. There was plenty of room for us all. The swimming pool was cleaned every day and although not heated, we enjoyed using it daily. It is about a 30 minute walk to the beach and nearest supermarket. The Owner of the house messaged with details needed and other info he though that would be helpful. His communication was really good. Lirim came everyday to clean the pool and remove rubbish and again he was very friendly and helpful. We hired Marisa to teach us how to make pasta, which is worth doing and also to cook us a 3 course meal...again excellent and worth doing. I would recommend this house..it is definitely 5*

Wonderful week in Belgatto 57!

Wonderful house for a big group of people! We spent the week together with 22 people, out of 12 were children between the age of 5 and 18. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful and functional place with relaxed and comfortable rules. Small details like soap in all the bathrooms and detergents for laundry were highly appreciated. Also the possibility for recycling was great. The tennis and fetherball rackets were well used, beautiful and quiet surrounding neighbourhood was nice to get to know by running. The host was discrete, kind and efficient. Fano is a beautiful and intresting small town with a nice distance from the house. If you want to make it even better, get the stairs to the tennis court fixed and arrange more and smaller (would fit better to the dishwasher!) normal drinking glasses to the kitchen! Wonderful holiday in a great location

First of all, I want to thank Nik and his team for making our holidays a huge success! We were a big group of friends - families, couples and singles. It is not easy to find a holiday home for such a diverse group that meets all requirements. But the villa met them all! The facility is so generous that everyone has enough space to themselves. However, you also have enough large common areas to sit down and eat together. Even the kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need - a rarity, even with more expensive holiday homes. The arrangements with Nik in advance were a dream. He was so helpful and gracious that the holiday was incredibly easy to organize. Furthermore, the team on site gave us great support and made our holiday unforgettable. One day we had a dinner with a chef, on another Nik organized a pasta cooking course for us - I totally recommend that, it was a real treat! The location of the house is great - beach, culture, nature, everything is close by. All in all, I can really recommend the house to everyone, an absolute hit! We will be back!

Ein sehr gepflegtes Haus und Anwesen, um das sich auch stets gekümmert wird, ohne das man gestört wird. Wir waren zu 17 im Haus und waren begeistert von der Unterbringung! Tolle Landschaftliche Umgebung, an Konfort hat uns nichts gefehlt, Wünsche wurden kaum gesagt, schon in die Tat umgesetzt. Nik und sein Team sind sehr empfehlenswert ! Bereits im Vorfeld kümmert sich Nik um alle Anliegen und Bedürfnisse, damit es vor Ort zu dem Urlaub wird, den man sich gewünscht hat. Das war das beste Gesamtpaket, das wir bisher in diesem Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis hatten!

Het was een bijzonder aangenaam verblijf met een mooi uitgeruste keuken, voldoende kamers met bijbehorende badkamer. Geen grote luxe maar voldoende verzorgd voor een vakantiewoning. Het zwembad, tennisveld, ping-pongtafel hebben voor een waar festijn gezorgd voor jong en oud (we waren met een groep van 16 personen tussen de 88 jaar en 14 jaar oud). De afstand tot de zee is doenbaar te voet, maar beter met de auto. De kok die we de eerste avond lieten komen was super! Heel vriendelijk, lekker Italiaans gegeten voor een democratische prijs, dekt de tafel, serveert en ruimt af + wast af. Echt luxe. Het zwembad wordt dagelijks netjes onderhouden en het huisvuil wordt ook dagelijks opgehaald door personeel. Een absolute aanrader voor een grote vrienden- of familiegroep!! Eigenaar Nik hebben we persoonlijk niet ontmoet maar is erg begaan met het welbevinden van zijn gasten! Houdt regelmatig contact om te horen of alles naar wens verloopt, geeft interessante tips voor uitstapjes en restaurantjes. Fano is bovendien een heel gezellig stadje waar je alles kan vinden. Gezellige markt op woensdag en zaterdag! Proef zeker de Porchetta en maak een pasta vongolé, vers van de markt!! Genieten maar!

Wir waren zwei Familien mit je drei Kindern, also insgesamt 10. Für alle war reichlich Platz. Alles sehr persönlich. Eine wirklich tolle Anlage. Der Pool war der Hit für die Kinder. Zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Allerdings kann es da mit Parkplätzen knapp werden :-). Der Eigentüber kümmert sich um alles. Wir empfehlen Belgatto gerne weiter.

Dolce Vita

La dolce Vita, Une superbe maison dans un cadre sublime. Une piscine de très bonne taille. Une maison charmante et fonctionnelle. Tout est prévu. La ville de Fano est très belle, surtout le vieux Fano. La région des marches est magnifique, pleine de richesse et de vue dégagée à coupe le souffle. Des villages isoles qui font rêver. Cette maison est l'idéal pour vivre a l'italienne. Marco le charmant voisin de la maison est adorable et dévoue à vous tout en étant d'une discrétion extraordinaire. Que dire de son chat Mimo qui nous a apporté le calme et la volupté d'une présence d'un chat. Le propriétaire de la maison est PARFAIT, à l'écoute, répondant à toute les questions... Se pliant en quatre pour répondre à vos attentes sur place. Que dire de tout ces conseils concernant la région qui nous ont conduit dans un restaurant inoubliable. Bref nouS avons passe excellent sejour dans cette région, cette ville, cette maison. Merci encore à Nikolaj et Marco! A très bientôt. Émilie et Jérôme
