The homestead, covering an area of 4 hectares, is located in an exceptional natural setting within the Aukštaitija National Park. There are almost no neighbors nearby – very private and peaceful.
The property borders the Tauragna stream, and there is a pond for swimming in the yard. Šaminis Lake is just 150 m away, Pakasas Lake about 600 m away, and Tauragnas Lake around 1.8 km away.
Surrounding the homestead are beautiful forests and pine groves. The Šiliniškės Ridge Trail winds through the property, leading to Ginučiai (5 km) with its famous Ginučiai Water Mill.
