The Beyond property is owned by Helena Luxus, a boutique hospitality company founded by a visionary whose roots run deep in Orthes, a picturesque hillside village in Rethymno, Crete. He divides his time between Crete and Athens, blending the serenity of his hillside hometown with the vibrant life of the capital. He is an engineer, anthropologist, and published author. His love for his birthplace has inspired him to invest significant resources to revitalize and promote the area. Among his projects are a non-profit organization, a small publishing company with local impact, a cultural centre, and two luxury villas. He also organizes events to showcase the local way of life and Cretan culture.
