Nestled beside farm fields and Montreathmont Forest, and close to Balgavies Loch Nature Reserve, our Bumblebee and Barn Owl cabins offer a sense of seclusion—yet you're just 15 minutes from Forfar, Brechin, and Montrose, with quaint villages even closer.

The Space

• Open-plan layout with a 4ft 6in double bed, comfy seating, and a well-equipped kitchen
• Kitchen: Induction hob, air fryer, fridge
• Bathroom: En-suite with shower, toilet, and sink
• Extras: Electric heating, bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and electric fire all included
• No TV – enjoy the peace and connection to nature

On-site Amenities

• Indoor heated pool (shared) – 6.5m x 3m, open May–Sept
• Bike storage and private parking
• Dog-friendly (see guidelines below)

Good to Know

• Access via gravel path and double step
• No smoking or vaping indoors
• Dogs must be supervised and never left alone in the cabin
• Please respect eco-friendly practices (switch off lights, use pool towels, etc.)
• Strictly no parties, fireworks, firepits, or third-party services without prior approval
• EV charging not permitted
• No diving in the pool (max depth 1.1m), and under-18s must be supervised
