Hit ans miss

Was close to the beach and a good restaurant. Locals like to party near by til early morning hours. Casita is nice and had the basics needed, good size for a small family, bed was alittle small and firm for bigger people (like myself) Property staff were friendly and helpful with a few pickups we had, overall good experience.

Not what was pictured

The booking and check in process was great. The nice lady answers questions in a timely manner. We arrived a little early so we tried to find the location and could not. Finally we drive through an alley that was s the back of a construction site and found the apartment. Needless to say, my family was not thrilled. The location was not great, there was a trash trailer parked in the parking lot, and other construction debris everywhere. It literally looked like we were parking in a locked junk yard. The interior of the place was as pictured. However, it was not very clean, the shower was broken and there was about 30 seconds of hot water. The shower was especially dirty. We needed up leaving after one night, knowing that we would lose the money we paid because of the conditions. I would be glad to provide comparative pictures of what was advertised versus what our actual experience was.

do not rent this property at all

it appears to me that me and previous guests was not renting the same place, according to their reviews place was perfect,in reality place looks awful first of all, it is false advertising, only what was true is that he has night guard and gate. everything else is a false,me and my wife checked out after first sleepless night, music from across street was so loud until 6 am. linen was dirty and unfitted for bed, there was no tableware,no microwave,AC only in bedroom,we did not checked all the stuff right away because we went to meet with our friends , and came back late that night , it was already too late to do anything about it, once again DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY message to owner was sent next morning, as of 09/07/2018 he never responded back "Ok, there was not utensils,no plates, no microwave, dirty fridge , this was not appeared to me as full kitchen,bedding was poor ,dirty,didn't fit , mattress very old , no tv remote control, no bbq's, me and my wife could not sleep at all because the music was so loud and was playing all night until 6 am, other guests also left.I already checked out 1 day earlier, I want half money to be refunded to me. As soon as possible if not I will contact VRBO and fill out complaints against you, , thank you"

Safe, Clean & Close to the Beach!

The Beach Casita was a perfect match for my family of four. We arrived and had an easy check in process and found the Casita to be clean and well air conditioned. The owner provided excellent guest service and provided a wealth of knowledge about Puerto Penasco and fun things to do. The gated property has a friendly night time security guard, which put my nervous wife at ease. An easy walk to the beach, but beach side parking is available if you have a lot of gear. We will stay here again :)

Clean, Safe property

I enjoyed the property. It was clean, well maintained and secure. The reason I am putting 3 stars is because it was extremely difficult to check in and out of the property. You had to call this number and someone came and met you. Kinda a hassle when your sitting and waiting for someone to check you into your room instead of someone being there. They need to figure out a more efficient way to do that. Owners were very nice and friendly though. Other than that, no complaints
