Masterfully designed 1200 sf of spacious indoor/outdoor living, featuring a spacious chef’s kitchen, living room with views of the BBQ grill, pool and Jacuzzi, 48” flat screen Smart TV and huge sliding door to access to the patio deck (with wood custom patio furniture), fabulous dining area & granite counter kitchen bar with 3 bars stools, gorgeous over-sized Master bedroom with king size bed & premium bedding (memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows), 42” flat screen TV and direct access to the patio balcony also from the mater bedroom, NEW tile bathroom with NEW and SUPER modern vanity and mirror, NEW tile inside the shower. We have a futon that can sleep 2 children and a queen size air mattress bed on the living room.

This fabulous beach rental is located on Grande Building which is the building that's is close to the beach, enhancing views of the resort green area and one of the nicest pools from the resort.
While having convenient access to all of the pools, the SWIM up Bar with great food, drinks & weekend live entertainment on all festivities. Gym, Spa and parking are conveniently located right in front of the condo. The on-site gym is just steps away. 24hr Security gives you peace of mind for a worry-free vacation.

A quick walk down cobblestone paths through the gorgeous gardens is the spectacular Sandy Beach with Palapas for shade - swimming, sunning, massages on the beach, water sports of all kinds, long walks, shell collecting, sand castle building, beach games & exploring ocean life in the tide pools. Other activities available on the beach or nearby include Wave runners/Jet skis, banana boat rides, parasailing, Ultralite rides, ATV rentals, Zip Lining & Golf.

Easy walking distance to a great selection of restaurants and night-life on Sandy Beach including Banditos, Garufas & Changos. The famous Wrecked at the Reef is a beautiful stroll up the beach away - sip Margaritas with your feet in the sand, spectacular sunsets & live music.
