late Summer visit

Four adults in town for a golf tournament at the Mt Washington resort. Location is great - VERY close by. Pricing was VERY reasonable. Had one small dishwasher issue and the management/cleaning team was on it quick. Staff on site within 30 minutes = impressive service. Would definitely go back.

Two couples had a lovely ski getaway here!

We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for getting to the Bretton Woods ski area and the place was spacious enough for four adults. Great wifi and lovely views. The kitchen was slightly chaotic and we were glad to have brought our own supplies.

Great for Bretton Woods Skiing

Awesome location and property for what we were looking for (skiing at Bretton Woods, ability to cook our own meals, etc). Property came with family-friendly games and plenty of kitchen appliances for cooking. Only issue was that we had hoped to eat in the nearby Omni Bretton Woods hotel at least 1 night. Reservations there can only be made by those staying in the hotel. There aren’t many other dining locations within a 15-20 minute drive. Overall, great experience.

LONG WEEKEND SKIING GETAWAY

Property was very clean and convenient to skiing at BW resort across the street. Condo complex was very quiet in a serene type of setting. The only issue we had was it was on the second floor which made it difficult to move all our gear into the condo. While there we met owner of #27 on first floor. This may be better option for us next year, We will definitely will be back as we love this mountain. On a side note I am interested in buying a condo. Please send me any that may be available.. thanks Dymczyk Family

Clean and comfortable

Condo was very clean and comfortable. Satellite box had to be replaced -- property management had attempted to have it done the day before we arrived, but technician didn't show. The property management was great about checking with me, making sure that they didn't intrude on our vacation, and it was fixed before we ever needed it. I appreciate the text messages keeping us informed on anything happening.

Skiing trip for 2 moms and our sons

This condo was perfect for our stay. Our kids loved playing in the woods outside when we weren't at the mountain. The gas fireplace was cozy at night for playing games and watching movies. The kitchen was fairly well-stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. The beds were quite comfortable. The owners made check-in seamless and provided plenty of information about the condo and surrounding area. The proximity to Bretton Woods is the highlight, as is waking up to a view of Mt. Washington. I would definitely recommend this rental and look forward to returning again.

Can't wait to return!

We have an amazing weekend at this condo! The owners/managers thought of every detail that a vacationer would need. Local is ideal, only minutes to the resort, the slopes, stores and restaurants. We will definitely return!

Convenient and comfortable for a family visit to Bretton Woods

Our unit was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was on the second floor so bringing up skis and all was a bit challenging. The owners were very responsive to texts, purchasing lift tickets and any questions I had. The weather could have been better but the eight of us enjoyed the time at the condo as well as that on the slopes. The shuttle was very convenient as well. While not being slope side, this is the next nest thing. Close and easy and no worry about parking at the ski area. We highly recommend this property!

Great outdoor space but poorly furnished

Excellent access to Mt Washington! The porch and exterior of this condo are great, but the furnishings are outdated and the linens are threadbare. Window treatments were dusty and difficult to move on their tracks to close. My family and I stayed one night in July, and it seemed as though no one (not even cleaners) had been at the unit for weeks, if not months. No overhead fans or lights in any of the bedrooms, and several lamps had blown lightbulbs. What little decor existed in the cabin was all Christmas-related and fairly old. A little love and attention to updating would take this unit a long way!!
