NichĂ©e au-dessus du centre-ville de Woodstock, cette maison Ă  concept ouvert rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ©e est parfaite pour les amis et les familles qui souhaitent s'Ă©chapper et profiter de la sĂ©rĂ©nitĂ© des Montagnes Blanches. À distance de marche des commerces et des restaurants du centre-ville de Woodstock, Ă  cinq minutes de Loon Mountain / Lincoln, Ă  20 minutes de Cannon Mountain. Excellent emplacement, Ă  proximitĂ© de Story Land, du village du pĂšre NoĂ«l, de Whale's Tale, du poste de traite de Clark, de la voie ferrĂ©e Hobo Rail, de Franconia Notch, du lac Echo et plus encore!

Niveau principal: Grande salle avec cheminée. Grande cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec appareils haut de gamme. La table à manger peut accueillir 8 à 10 personnes, plus une place supplémentaire au comptoir du bar donnant sur Franconia Notch. Suite (chambre double) avec salle de bain. Salle de jeux avec table de poker. Salle de bain supplémentaire pour les invités. Beaucoup de rangement.

Niveau inférieur: Deux chambres, chacune avec un lit queen, plus une chambre avec des lits superposés. Table de billard, grand canapé en coupe - parfait pour les enfants! Salle de bain complÚte.

House was clean and HUGE. Great space for multi-family or large family get togethers. (We were with several college friends for our annual get together.) Living room is amazing and super comfy couches. The location is great - lots of places to eat in the area. Only downside is hauling the trash home/transfer station. We've had to do this at one place before, but have been spoiled since and haven't had to do this for over a decade of renting homes. Luckily we weren't there long so didn't have a lot to take.Also - minor bummer - the arcade machine seen in the photos isn't working (was in garage) - of course not a deal breaker but the 10 year old in me was looking forward to giving it a try. :-)

This property exceeded our expectations. We had ample space for everyone. It was an easy walk into town for whatever we wanted. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

The house was super nice and large enough for our whole group. The one thing I will say is that the house does need a little more care. There were a lot of things that just seem to be going downhill or are just being let go. Overall the house is in a great location, close to everything we wanted to do for the most part. One thing I will note is that you do have to take your trash to a place in the town of Lincoln, and all recyclables need to be sorted before you go. The other problem with this is the times that place in Lincoln is open, with is from 8 - 4:30. We had to leave this house super early in the morning so we had everything sorted, but weren't able to take them to the trash/recycling center in Lincoln because it wasn't open. Overall, we had a great stay at this house and would definitely recommend it to others.

The home was large and spacious with a beautiful view of the mountains. We were an extended family of 9 gathered from around the country for the week with many positive experiences over the years with vaca rentals. Unfortunately we were disappointed with the N Woodstock stay. When we arrived the trash bins in the garage were overflowing. The deck, while large with a great view, had seating limited to 4 plastic chairs and a broken picnic table e. The grille was not cleaned and without brushes, or a lighter and other implements for grilling. The two frying pans had broken handles. Inadequate number of plates and serving bowls. Unsecured liquor in several locations. Black grit in the bathtub of the primary bedroom. Host unresponsive despite emails/text over the week.

Family in the mountains

Perfect size house. Missing outdoor seating, picnic table has a broken top, gas was empty for bbq, the overall stay was fantastic. Couple of suggestions for summer time, the house is definitely geared for winter skiing and snowmobiling. Location fantastic and easy to get to. Very good stay.

great location for big group

we stayed for a few days over NYE to ski at loon with my family and a close friends family. House is perfect for a big group with lots of space for kids and adults. house had everything we needed and super close to town and skiing boarding at loon. would definitely rent again. as a watch out prior to checking in we noticed the house was listed for sale which i totally understand just would have been nice to have been told when it was listed incase it was sold before our reservation would have left us scrambling to find a place during the very busy holiday season.

Love the place everything was clean and everything was perfect, the house looks exactly as the picture the only thing is the cleaning fee was too high and we have to take the trash with us and take all the sheets from the bed and put it in the master room so I don’t know what’s cover the cleaning fee but other than that everything was perfect thank you Nicole

Perfect for golf group

Property was spacious and clean. Perfect size for 8 golfers for a long weekend. Location is great as well. Communication with owner was a bit slow at times but other than that highly recommend this home.

Great Host, Great House!

Nicole's home was perfect for our stay. It was large, clean, and fully stocked for cooking big meals. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space to spread out. I would stay again and highly recommend it.

Beautiful Property + Wonderful Location

The home is large, nicely laid out, full of wonderful amenities and situated in one of the most beautifully picturesque areas of America. We had a wonderful stay, although communication with the owner during our visit could have been more responsive and timely.

Great stay

Everything was pretty on point with the description. The cleaning fee is a little high since we do most of the cleaning, but worth the stay. Asked the property manager one question and didn’t get a response but it wasn’t a make or break question. The video game downstairs didn’t work

Bachelor Party Hangout

Birthday celebration

Althou the house is spacious the parking was horrible for that big of house. 2 sets of bedsheets were dirty. Pantry floor dirty. The refrigerator was broke so we were told we had to put cooler outside to keep food cold. Try doing that with food for 13 people. Food spoiled. I had to ask for a refund and was given the house cleaner refund of $350.I had to ask for that not just given. I didnt mind fireplace not working but having to have repair person come while we were there was a nuisance. Special clear trash bags that were required should have been given more than 2. There was a closet full of junk off playroom that had no lock and kids could open door. Dangerous. Pics show pacman game and that didnt work. Needs a giood scrubbing for sure.Glad my family still had a good time being together anyways. Just took alot of energy out of our vacation putting up with the issues.

Perfect House in a Perfect Location

The house looks exactly as pictured and is in a great location! Minutes away from everything! I went with my family for a ski trip to Loon and we all had a great time. The house was plenty big enough for everyone to have their own space and never feel cramped. The kids loved having the downstairs to play while the adults hung out upstairs. There is a small media room which is pretty much sound proof, my son loved watching movies in there and we couldn't even hear it right outside in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed, we even cooked a turkey dinner. We had an issue with the fridge not working properly but Nicole took care of it. Overall, we all loved the house and its close proximity to everything, we will definitely rent again!

Great House, Bad conditions

The house was drenched in diesel smell throughout the entire stay. Apparently there was a snowmobile issue with diesel spill in the attached garage, so there was a strong smell due to that as it is. To make things worse, home's centralized humidifier system is in the garage and was taking in all that diesel fumes and blowing it back into the house, so every room was drenched in that smell making everyone nauseas. There was no steam coming out of the humidifier, so not even sure if the "humidifying" feature was even working. There were other things either broken or just not working well - fridge (freezer working, vegetable/fruit shelves working, but fridge's main area and top shelves were not cooling at all), outdoor grill (the flame wouldn't go up even on a full gas tank), leaking toilet (the owner sent a plumber to fix it, but still), gas fireplace (remote missing, manual start had issues). Also, despite costly cleaning fee, owners request guests to take out the trash bags not to garage or shed (which would have been common and acceptable), but put in own cars and drive to a trash facility (why can't that be part of the cleaning service?). The house is conveniently located near both Loon and Cannon mountains, has plenty of rooms and bedrooms, a very nice layout, great views...... it could have been just perfect, I just wish owners kept up with the up-keep and had some courtesy of heads up for guests when there is such an intense deasel smell.

Large house for a great family gathering

Our family stayed here for a long weekend, and we had an excellent time. We had 8 adults and 4 young kids from 1-5 years old, and they had a blast. Lots of extra toys in one of the rooms which the kids greatly appreciated. The house was clean, and the rooms had very comfy beds. Kitchen and living room were more than enough room for us to eat and hang out. We all had a great time, and would book here again.

Perfect for large groups

We stayed at this property with 3 other families and it was perfect! There was plenty of room to spread out, but also rooms large enough to hang out together. The kids gravitated toward the basement while the adults enjoyed the main level spaces (the deck is great!) The kitchen was well appointed and the pantry was stocked with plenty of paper products. The bedrooms were very comfortable too. Most of all for me, the was home was extremely clean! The host is very responsive as well. We felt right at home and would love to come again!

Family getaway

Beautiful and clean property, well located close to Loon Mountain and Woodstock restaurants. Plenty of room for everyone in our family, including our 2 young grandchildren. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect family gathering spot

This was the third straight summer we've stayed in the "Mountain House" (as our family affectionately refers to it) and each trip has been great. This home is absolutely beautiful and wonderfully spacious. Even with 4 couples and 6 kids running around, it never feels crowded. The location is amazing as well, just minutes from the heart of Lincoln and North Woodstock. It's also just up the road from the Woodstock Family Park, a great place to swim or tube in the river. I can't recommend this home enough!

Awesome family trip!

We are a family of 13, with young kids all the way up to grandparents. Needless to say it is difficult to find one place that can accommodate everyone comfortably. This home hit the mark, with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms there were no issues sleeping comfortably. We did encounter an issue in the first four days that we arrived, the a/c unfortunately was not operating. Usually, in the White Mountains of NH, this is not an issue, but we happened to be visiting on one of the hottest weeks this year, so far. Communication with the owner was quick, and she got right to work trying to get someone out to fix the issue, being later on Saturday when we arrived, it was difficult to get anyone out until the beginning of the week. We all toughed it out for a few uncomfortable days, but by Tuesday it was taken care of and the rest of the week was unbelievably relaxing. The open floor plan and basement entertainment room allowed us to have the family fun that we were all looking for, as well as, great family dinners. We would definitely rent this home again in years to come.

Michael and Nicole both grew up skiing. Michael made the trip up to Stowe Mountain, while Nicole grew up skiing at Bretton Woods, Loon Mountain, and Cannon Mountain. After having children of our own, we decided a ski house to make memories in would be a must! We decided on the ideal location of Woodstock. We are hoping to get our son on the slopes this year! Our daughter, born in March will hang slope side for this year, but will be on the slopes before we know it!

What we love most about our home is the location. Close to several mountains, but also the infamous attractions such as Story Land, Santa's Village, and Clark's Trading Post (you can't forget the Hobo Railroad)! We hope your family enjoys the home as much as we do! The layout really makes it ideal for parents to entertain upstairs, while the kids can let loose downstairs, playing pool, watching a movie, or just relaxing.
