Mountain Home with A/C + Spectacular Views Of Loon

Wow! The first thought when you walk into this unit and look through to the back wall of windows with beautiful views of South Peak on Loon Mountain and the Pemigewasset River rolling by below! Come enjoy this large 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom unit with 2100 sq-ft of rustic charm and character.
While staying at the house, guest will have free wifi, cable tv and large couch to make the mountain home as warm and cozy as you would expect. In the Summer months the house has A/C to keep you cool after a day out in the heat. The upstairs bedrooms and main living space take on a lodge feel while the down stairs bedrooms and lower common space have more of a ski vibe.
The complex that the town house is located in has a club house a short walk away featuring an outdoor heated pool available in the summer time as well as an indoor pool and hot tub available all year round. Additionally, there is access to a swimming hole behind the townhouse on the Pemigewasset river.

In front of the unit there are two parking spaces available.

Property does utilize a ring door bell. This has the capability to monitor the front porch. There are no other cameras on the property.

Beautiful location, huge house and Spotless! Kids slept downstairs with plenty of room to spread out. Adults enjoyed the upper floor with 2 master bedrooms and baths. Location was perfect, close to so many amenities, and walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Really enjoyed relaxing on the deck with the sound of the river right outside. Amazing family vacation right on the Pemi!

My family and I had a had an amazing stay at Lincoln Station. The condo was huge and the view of the river was the best in the complex. My teenage son and his friend loved the private space downstairs with their own common room, bedrooms, and full bath. My parents and I liked the bedrooms upstairs, each with our own full bath. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids loved being so close to the pools and hot tub, as well as the shops in Lincoln. We are hoping to go back again next summer!!

The house worked out perfectly for us.My son and I used the upstairs bedrooms and my daughter, son in law and 4 year old granddaughter stayed in the two bedrooms downstairs.Everyone was quite comfortable.The main floor was roomy and had everything that we needed, including a good selection of games.I certainly would recommend this property to friends and family.My only slight disappointment was that the grill on the deck had not been cleaned after the last use, so we didn’t cook on it.

The condo is large and accommodating for a large group of people. It is well furnished and in a great location. There were a few items that were a bit off. We had difficulty locating dishware the first day. The second day we found that they were all in the dishwasher. The railing on the deck is rotted at the bottom and was rather unstable. Despite this, we would visit again!

Great spot to stay while skiing at loon

Enjoyed our quick trip. This condo worked out really well for our group. Plenty of space and very easy to access skiing, restaurants, and nature.

Great mom/kid getaway

3 moms and 5 kids stayed here for our trip to Santa’s Village. The property was spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us and we enjoyed every minute! The kids enjoyed crafting at the large table and lounging on the spacious couch. We’d love to return!

Fall Getaway

Great Townhouse, spacious, well furnished, clean, great view from the deck. Located very close to all mean attractions. Property owners, Kevin and Shayna, are very friendly, accommodating, easy to communicate with. Definitely recommend for families to groups. Plenty of sleeping space, and 4 bathrooms.
