Cette maison d'hôtes récemment rénovée dans les montagnes de Santa Monica est située dans une rue piétonne accessible au calme dans le canyon de Topanga, à quelques pas des sentiers de randonnée du parc national de Topanga.

Le studio dispose d'une cuisine bien équipée avec réfrigérateur complet pour beaucoup de rangement, une plaque de cuisson à induction, micro-ondes, four électrique Breville et un barbecue à gaz en plein air. Dînez sur une terrasse et un patio privés en séquoia, à l'ombre des chênes de la côte. Cette location a des planchers de bois franc en chêne, douche à l'italienne et tous les nouveaux appareils tout au long. Calme A / C et chaleur avec espace de stationnement privé invité inclus.

Profitez d'un accès facile à de nombreuses plages locales et des sentiers de montagne sans fin pour la randonnée et le vélo dans des conditions climatiques méditerranéennes. Les plages de Malibu et Topanga ont des conditions de surf de classe mondiale. Le site, les restaurants et le tourisme abondent.

Megan and Jon were so accommodating. Made sure the place was clean from any pet hair (my wife's allergic), and they even let us use their beach chairs and towels. We had a fantastic stay. Five stars.

Clean and comfortable place to stay

I really enjoyed staying at this property. It is conveniently located within walking distance to hiking trails. If you’re looking for a place to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city I highly recommend this rental.

Lovely stay with local hiking

We stayed for a couple of nights. Quiet neighbourhood with friendly hosts and dog. We walked to Topanga state park so great to leave the car behind for a day (although a very short drive with lots of parking if preferred). Place was very clean and we liked the deck.

Relax Under the Oaks

Nestled under a canopy of live oak trees, this smartly designed dwelling provides a perfect getaway from the bustle of LA but with easy access to the coast. Megan and Jon are gracious, helpful hosts. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay.

Peaceful escape from the city

Driving out to this rental was such a a relief. We visited LA for business and it was so nice to get away from the city and relax in the mountains. Everything was clean and the host was very hospitable and responsive. Highly recommended.

Our hosts, Megan and Jon have created a wonderful little slice of heaven located in beautiful Topanga Canyon. We spent a long weekend there. It’s more than just a place to stay. It’s an experience! It’s like a studio apartment that is completely separate from the main house. Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The patio/deck is exceptional. Megan and Jon were very warm and welcoming, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Communication was great prior to our arrival. We can’t wait to go back again. Highly, highly recommend!

Great place to stay near LA

Very clean, comfortable studio guesthouse. We stopped at the nearby market for some food to eat in. We had good breakfast at both TLC and Cafe 27. Convenient location for visiting Malibu and Santa Monica.

We came to Topanga for a wedding and was looking for a quiet place to spend two nights. This was the perfect place. Megan was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this place.

All we needed!!

This Vrbo more than met our expectations. It was as clean as a pin, there was nothing we could have wanted that wasn't available, The property manager was available on site and so friendly. Great location, just about 5 minutes from our son and family's home in Topanga. We are expecting to make return visits. It's a cozy place---

Perfect, just as described

If you want to escape from the city and feel like you are truly on vacation this is a wonderful place to stay. Gorgeous drive through the canyon and a peaceful neighborhood. Everything is just as it looks in the pictures. Bed is comfy - shower is nice and big and the kitchen is well stocked. Outdoor seating is private and so tranquil. Hosts are very helpful and kind. We highly recommend this guesthouse

The Guest House was exactly as presented in the pictures, but even the pictures don't quite do it justice as to its coziness, cleanliness, and details! The deck area was a wonderful place to relax in the evening. I wish I had more time to explore the property, but my friend and I had so many things we wanted to do while visiting the area that we just didn't have the time. Topanga Oaks was a great location, close to many beaches, Topanga State Park, and downtown Los Angeles, but tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the area. The owners also provided lots of information about things to do from dining to recreation and were responsive to questions both prior to and during our stay. It was such a neat area, we truly could have spent a few days just exploring the things to do off the main road to the VRBO! As a native Delawarean who had never been to the West Coast, this was the perfect place to stay to get a taste for the variety that southern California has to offer! I highly recommend it.

Ideal mountain getaway

This studio is exactly as described--no disappointments. Quiet, comfortable in all respects, immaculately clean and modern. The mountain air is a real treat, and something I wasn't expecting. Breathtaking views just steps away. This was my first visit to SoCal, and gracious hosts Megan and Jon were very helpful with suggestions before and during my stay. The location is amazing--very private yet convenient to Santa Monica and Malibu. Easy to feel at home here--thanks Megan and Jon!
