Pearl Stone House is a three-storey townhouse with a well-equipped kitchen including an oven, hob, toaster, kettle, and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining room with seating four six guests, a first-floor sitting room with TV and Juliette balcony, and a cloakroom. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor king-size with en-suite shower, a second-floor double, a second-floor single, and a single, serviced by a family bathroom. Outside is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture, plus off-road parking for 2 cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.5 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 1 mile, river 1.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price.
